The article aims to substantiate the methodological basis of economic decision-making as a science of choosing the most efficient ways of management carried out by corporate executives. Cooperation principles and methods in the system of collective entrepreneurship are closely connected to business success in corporate activities. The compliance with important corporate principles is conducive to the development of optimum managerial decisions. Managerial decisions provide a company's competitive advantages in the goods and services markets and normal operation of staff in these businesses. In the paper the author present original methodological approach towards decision making process.
Institutional effectiveness is an integral condition of economic performance of any state. The article examines three clusters of countries according to the level of institutional effectiveness. Influence priorities of institutional structure quality on the level of institutional economic effectiveness are determined for each cluster. The model of institutional economic effectiveness is discussed for each cluster of countries. The model enables to differentiate institutional economic structure of countries depending on the level of institutional effectiveness. The article suggests a number of transformations aimed at increasing institutional economy.
The article discusses the problem of constructing a model of the functioning of the socio-economic system, using the mechanisms of information exchange participants. The central point of this interaction is the formation of coherent ideas about the purpose, limitations, needs, possibilities and directions of development. The model allows not only to identify customers and consumers of goods and services to the volume and quality of performance requirements, but also to form their perceptions of their own needs. This suggests that the mechanisms of formation of coherent ideas and ways of acting members of the system are more effective than, for example, market or command hierarchy. It is shown that the most promising form of information exchange in solving search problems, the production of new knowledge and determine the direction of its self-developing expert network environment. An elementary part of any environment is an expert professional, owning modern telecommunication technologies. Integration into the network structure of the natural intelligence forms is a subject of a collective strategy, which is a means of synergy of knowledge and actions in the process of building a self-organizing development. The article considers the problem of creation of media expert networks for the development of innovative industries that produce high-tech, high technology products and services. Human capital as a national economy defining basic factor is considered in the article. The research is focused on human capital study based on regional level. The correlation between human capital and quality of life is also revealed in the study. The quality of life correlates with the model of the society and the dominating model of a human. The major importance of the qualify of life is considered within the concept of sustainable development. The observation of a trend of a human life quality improvement and, therefore, human capital enrichment is presented on a scheme below. Analysis and evaluation of a human capital of a region is provided within historical and modern aspects.
