Purpose. To determine the parameters of club migration of highly skilled legionary footballers when forming national teams for participation in official international competitions. Materials and methods. Population: 496 highly skilled football players ‒ participants of the 2022 World Cup group stage qualifiers. Results. The winning national teams with high UEFA coefficients have a smaller percentage of legionnaires than the group of winning teams with lower UEFA coefficients: 45.05% (coefficient 3.8) and 85.94% (coefficient 14.8), respectively. The indicators of dual citizenship have no significant impact on the formation of national teams, although the national teams of Wales, Turkey, and Scotland showed rather high values ‒ 9 (32.14%), 7 (28.00%), and 5 (20.00 %) of football players, respectively. Legionary footballers from the top six European leagues (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal) account for 87.50% of the total number of legionnaires who participated in the 2022 World Cup group stage qualifiers. Conclusions. Migration processes have an impact on the development of football at various levels of functioning: children and youth, reserve, student, amateur, semi-professional, and professional. Club migration, which is typical of highly skilled legionary footballers, has an indirect impact on the formation of national teams.

The purpose of the study is – obtainment and acquisition of basic knowledge and skills in professional work for future specialists in the sphere of physical culture and sports. The study was performed at the National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic". It was attended by 61 women aged 17-20, who were divided into control (CG n=31) and experimental (EG n=30) groups. All women were classified in the main medical group. The following methods were used as a solution to the research problems: scientifical literature analysis; pedagogical experiment (to conduct a pedagogical experiment participants were separated the into control and experimental groups. But the groups took part in different programs to determine which program was most effective for the discipline "Sports and pedagogical improvement (fitness)"); pedagogical testing; statistical analysis of data was carried out using the SPSS Statistics program. The goal of the course is to solve effectively complex specialized tasks in the process of studying the discipline "Sports and pedagogical improvement (fitness)", which involves using of theoretical and practical methods of health improvement, and is characterized by universality of this motor activity type and promotes health competence in future physical culture and sports specialists. The percentage increase in indicators was divided into three groups: the lowest ("One-km event" and "Floor dip" p<0,05), average and highest ("Middle split" and "Angled position" p<0,001). But in the experimental group all indicators improved, in the control group - some of them improved slightly, others did not undergo significant changes. It’s noted that the evolved program is really positive and can be used during training process for teaching the discipline of "Sports and pedagogical improvement (fitness)" for 17-20 year old students.

But at the same time, a decrease in physical activity has a negative impact on mental activity, attitudes towards personal and social life position, and reduces the quality of life, both social and personal. Material and methods. The purpose of the study – to analyze the impact of exercising on the social and educational activity of life of modern student youth. The study involved 337 students of different sexes from the National University of Zaporizhia Polytechnic who were divided into two groups: the first group Physically Passive Group – 153 students who never visited fitness centers and did not exercise independently for the purpose of additional physical education; second Physical Activity Group – 184 students who regularly exercise independently or regularly visit fitness centers and other sports sections. Conclusion: Based on the above, we draw attention to the fact that students in both the physically active and the physically passive groups have a strong desire for material support and good health. But at the same time, students belonging to Physically Passive Group have little motivation to make any effort to achieve their goals.
