The main research background involves identifying the factor that today, in the context of a pandemic and hostilities, the issue of labor migration, the labor market is an important problem for ensuring economic security. The main purpose of the article is to determine the major threats from COVID-19 and their impact on the labor market in the context of ensuring economic security. The basis of the methodology includes several theoretical methods for determining the key factors of influence and the method of graph theory and hierarchical ordering, which made it possible to structure the level of influence of these threats. The research process included identifying the main threats that negatively affect the labor market due to the onset of the pandemic and demonstrating the proposed methodological approach to streamlining their level of influence. Research conclusions shows that we have formed a model of hierarchical ordering of the influence of the principal threats from COVID-19 on the labor market in the context of ensuring economic security. Based on the results of the study, our suggestions are the proof of the fact that in modern economic conditions, theses of comprehensive research and monitoring of all negative factors that can affect the labor market are extremely relevant.

Погляди науковців на специфіку формування трудового потенціалу на підприємствах із різними організаційно-правовими формами господарювання відрізняються. На основі систематизації та узагальнень виокремлено такі групи чинників: внутрішні та зовнішні; морального та психологічного характеру; соціально-демографічні; медико-біологічні; соціально-економічні; природно-географічні; екологічні умови; розвиток соціальної інфраструктури. Важливими чинниками, що впливають на процеси формування персоналу компанії в сучасних умовах, є екзогенні та ендогенні фактори, що відповідають за умови соціально-економічного розвитку, реальну демографічну ситуацію в країні, стан соціальної сфери тощо. Особистісні фактори, підприємницькі здібності є чинниками, які сприяють створенню конкурентоспроможної робочої сили, здатної протистояти як внутрішнім, так і зовнішнім загрозам. The main purpose of the article is to identify the main threats to demographic security and sustainable development of the region in the context of military actions. The methodology implies modern methods of hierarchical analysis and analysis methods. The reason for choosing this topic is accompanied by the fact that, because demographic factors significantly affect the stability and security of the development of the region, the problem of ensuring demographic security, in particular in terms of identifying and tracking changes in key threats, is relevant and important for the further restoration of human resources. According to the results of the study, the features of the transformation of the main threats to demographic security and sustainable development of a particular region were determined. A response level matrix was proposed for each of the identified threats in order to counteract the most impact and further reduce the pace of implementation of activities. Research has limitations. The fact that as a result of hostilities, a small number of regions can be the object of research. In the future, we should consider the demographic security and sustainable development of regions that do not have the influence of military actions and compare them with our research results.
The rapid pace of technological progress has created new opportunities for each individual, business and state to achieve interests. Today, the digital economy is considered a component of the traditional one, and its share indicates the level of use of the latest digital technologies, which is becoming a dominant factor in improving the competitive position of a country in the world economic space. The development of high-tech industrial production with an increasing level of digitalization of all spheres of socio-economic environment creates conditions for further technological dominance of a limited number of leading countries. At the same time, the changes caused by digitalization require a revision of the basic principles of security at a key level, ie the economic security of the state. The aim of the study was to summarize the scientific achievements with the subsequent identification of key challenges that arise in the formation of the digital economy. To clarify the basic conditions for ensuring the economic security of the state, the following methods were used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in justifying the need to identify challenges to ensure the economic security of the state; synthesis and analysis – in the study of the essential characteristics of the digital economy; morphological analysis – to establish a list and clarify the essence of the key challenges that arise in the process of forming the digital economy; graphic – for visual presentation of theoretical and methodological material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. Timely monitoring of changes in challenges is important to counter new threats. Careful study of foreign experience, including in economically developed countries, on the formation of the digital economy has identified a number of challenges (unsatisfactory level of economic preparedness; deepening digital inequality; increasing cyber attacks; waste of resources; increasing resource dependence; increasing technological dependence; uncontrolled structural changes in the economy; high probability of loss of confidentiality; growth of digital dependence in the population; strengthening of social inequality), in respect of which it is expedient to develop adequate response measures in order to avoid possible threats to the economic security of the state.
