The way of solving the problem of surface wear of products from cast iron due to development of technological processes of its strengthening treatment is offered in this article. Receiving the hardened skins is reached by purposeful formation of the set structural condition of metal by methods of surface impregnation, i.e., modifying. Results of researches on thermochemical treatment of cast irons of grades EN-GJL-250, EN-JS1060 are presented The micro-structural analysis showed that with rising the saturation temperature and increasing the process duration the layer depth cartbonitration increases. Studying the samples for wear resistance carried out on stand ММ 295 showed that for grade EN-GJL-250 it increased 2,2 times, and for grade EN-JS1060 – 3 times as compared to the initial (non-modified) state. Experimental-industrial tests of products of cast iron (model accessory, parts of homogenizing pumps) after carbonitration permitted to state 2-4 times of its surface.
Results of the researches of productive and economic systems of a number of the countries are stated in this paper. Types and ways of modernization of these systems taking into account the choice of development model of society are presented. Process regularity of international modernization, including Russia is specified. The immediacy of the problem of modernization as sets of technological, economic, cultural, political changes is proved. The listed changes are directed to the improvement of social system, cultural and educational level of the population and to the increase in prestige of the country in general. Qualitative differences between the eastern ("Asian") and western ("European") ways of modernization are given. The objective reasons of differences in character, rates, efficiency of implementation of political modernization in post-socialist societies are the level of political stability in society, presence of the reformatory elite interested in political and innovative development strategies of society, and cultural traditions. Stages and prerequisites of production modernization are considered. The questions describing participants of the process, their competences and professional standard are shown. The quality of education of leading representatives was and remains the major indicator defining long-term development of society. Examples of implementation of the international educational projects are given.
The article highlights the issues related to the quality assurance of products and structures manufactured by the building complex subdivisions. The problems of this type complex objects‘ engineering are revealed, and an assessment of the technological production features as a sequential, interdependent process is given. The article considers the introduction effectiveness of the innovative technologies with digitalization elements in the process of manufacturing the reinforced concrete products and structural elements and the construction of buildings and structures on their basis, as well as the importance of engineering in modern construction in general. Based on the theoretical analysis, the recommendations for the use of engineering methods for reorganizing a business process with the controlled parameters technological operations and with the established quality indicators for the finished products are proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
