Most prominent works on the subject, including k-wave theory-based research, do not elaborate on the topic of interconnectivity between economy and research on a microeconomic scale, instead of focusing on general innovation theory and macroeconomic stimuli. Present paper aims to discover k-wave theory-based decision making and potential explanation in R&D standoff between the United States, leader of fifth technological paradigm, and China – emerging leader of sixth technological paradigm. Overall conducted research shows fundamental divergence and a variety of interpretations within the framework of the k-wave theory itself, the proposed change in recourse flow stands true which in turn signifies the importance of k-wave theory in the modern decision-making process.
This article attempts to solve the problem of systematizing and structuring of the information base in relation to the activities of spatial structures on the example of the cities of Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur, which host the territories of advanced social and economic development (TASED). Collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing the spatial data and related information has required using geographic information system (GIS). To ensure its correct functioning, it is necessary to form an information base of socio-economic indicators (the principles of their selection are explained). The results show that contemporary Russia lacks unified approaches, a legally approved methodology for assessing the effectiveness of TASED activities, and an information base. As part of the creation of the information basis of GIS-model of spatial development centers for the formation of a pool of indicators, the authors have analyzed the results of socio-economic development of Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur and the corresponding TASED Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk. According to the results of the analysis, the following areas and indicators were determined: the geographical location of the territory and logistics conditions, the level of value added redistribution, population, labor market, wages, the volume of shipped goods of own production, investments in fixed assets, the budget of the municipality. The authors prove that the formed information base is sufficient for building a GIS model, and it allows to describe the key parameters of the processes in the context of the Russian regions and cities which employ TASED to develop these cities as centers of spatial development, and meets the requirements with integrity and consistency.
The article is devoted to the assessment of integration effects in mutual trade of the EAEU member States. The analysis and assessment of volumes of mutual trade in goods of the EAEU member states in 2012-2018. The factors of growth of mutual trade between the EAEU countries, the barriers, exceptions and limitations. The authors formulated conclusions, suggestions and recommendations to remove existing obstacles and increase mutual trade in the EAEU countries.
The purpose of the article is to develop a model of digital transformation of an enterprise in the context of systemic economic theory. The relevance of the goal is determined by the large-scale transition of the world economy to digital functioning formats. Preliminary modeling of digital transformation will allow the enterprise to calculate the economic effect of its implementation, to identify changes in relations with its partners and competitors, the impact of these changes on the dynamics of the market value of resources and finished products. The objective of the article is to formulate a model that describes not only the digital transformation project itself, but also its relationship with the external environment of the enterprise, the processes of supply and sale of finished products. The article forms the hypothesis that the systemic economic theory allows you to create a model of digital transformation of the enterprise. This model has the following scientific novelty. 1. It substantiates the possibility and adequacy of the description of the relationships between the components of an economic tetrad (a complex of object, design, process and environmental systems) through a change in financial flows and indicators during the digital transformation of an enterprise. 2. The proposed model allows us to describe the impact of the digital transformation of the enterprise not only on its activities, but also on changes in the market environment of this enterprise, taking into account the changes in supply and demand for resources needed for the functioning of the transformed enterprise, as well as for the products it sells, resulting from the digital transformation of the enterprise. 3. Taking into account changes in the market environment surrounding the transformed enterprise allows integrating the mechanism of market competition into the economic tetrad. 4. The model of digital transformation of the enterprise allows you to explore the interactions of financial and economic processes that enhance and transmit the resulting effects of digital transformation along the vertical and horizontal of network space of economic tetrads. The proposed simulation will simplify the transition to digital transformation and the use of scenario analysis; increase the predictability of the results of digital transformation, reducing the risk of its negative consequences.
