Research purpose: is a substantiation and modeling of appropriate norms of physical readiness of youth for service in the army. Materials and Methods. The expert group included 21 specialists (whose field of activity is physical education, special training, physical training in the security and defense forces). The following research methods were used to solve the problem posed in the work: theoretical analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization of materials of scientific, historical, methodical literature and guiding documents; expert evaluation (Delphi and analysis of Saati hierarchies); methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It is determined that even simple statistical methods in combination with expert information when choosing promising solutions often give better results than accurate calculations with a focus on averages. A comprehensive approach using peer review (Delphi), a method of modern theory of hierarchical systems Saati allowed to determine the structure of the projected model of physical fitness of young people for military service. The structural interconnected components of the predicted model with the corresponding weighting factors are the level of formation and development of general and special physical qualities (ρ1 = 0.411), the level of formation and development of special physical qualities (ρ2 = 0.235), the level of acquisition of military applied motor skills (ρ3 = 0.216), the state of the cardiovascular system (ρ4 = 0.138). Conclusions. The presented structural predictable model of integrated assessment of physical readiness of youth for service in the army allows to define limits of levels of components and to estimate their level of formation in points from 1 to 12, and also to correct the maintenance of means of physical training depending on such components which lag behind a proper norm.
Introduction and purpose of the study. The article is devoted to the issue of optimization of cooperation between the institution of pre-school education and the parents of children. Within our research, it was important to identify the attitude of parents to introducing into the educational process of the kindergarten an innovative program for the complex development of the child's personality in the process of physical education. The hypothesis of the study is that identifying the peculiarities of the relation of parents to the implementation of the physical culture and health work of the preschool institution of the proposed technology will determine the most effective forms of joint work with parents in order to promote the comprehensive harmonious development of the child's personality. The purpose of the study is to identify peculiarities of the parents' attitude towards the content and quality of physical culture and health work in pre-school establishments in order to determine the effective forms of interaction between parents and the preschool institution.Materials and methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of data of scientific and methodological literature, sociological (questionnaires, surveys); methods of mathematical statistics. The survey was attended by 257 parents of preschool children attending institutions of preschool education №9 "Sonechko" and number 10 "Lubavonka" town of Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky, Kyiv region (2016/2017). As a toolkit, a questionnaire that was developed by us was used and in which respondents were offered a wide range of issues related to the process of physical education in a kindergarten. Results: the article deals with the peculiarities of the parents' attitude towards the innovative technology of physical culture and health work in the institution of preschool education, its content and organizational forms, depending on socio-demographic (sex, age) and social stratification factors (material security, education level). The obtained data testify to the dominance of positive evaluations of parents regarding the content and quality of the proposed technology, as well as the qualifications of caregivers. However, a significant number of parents (25%) failed to assess the aspects of physical culture and health work in pre-school establishments, since they do not know what it should be. This indicates an insufficient level of cooperation between parents and institutions of preschool education, which needs to intensify work in this direction.Conclusions. The main forms of joint work with parents were the following: general parental meetings, questionnaires, discussions, round tables, seminars, consultation conversations, open-air days, family holidays and entertainment (compatible sports events, days of health, tourist-local studies trips).
