Objective: justify, develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of optimization of sports and recreation activities with students 7-10 years of rural schools to improve their physical condition.Material and methods: the research was conducted in rural schools of villages Kovalyn and Divychky of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky district of the Kiev region. 137 children participated in the research, among them 33 pupils 1 form, 29 of 2 form, 37 pupils 3 form, and 38 pupils of 4 form. Control and experimental groups were formed in each age group. The control group included 68 children, experimental -69. It used a range of methods, theoretical analysis and synthesis of the literature data; pedagogical methods; testing; anthropometric; physiological (Rufie); methods for assessing physical health; chronometric method (Framingham method); methods of mathematical statistics. Results: data of the confirmatory experiment testify to the dependence of the physical condition of children of the junior school age on the level of their motor activity. It has been established that the level of somatic health of the studied children is unsatisfactory. According to the results of factor analysis, the informational significance of factors in the general structure of physical condition of pupils of grades 1-4, as well as its main components are determined. On this basis pedagogical conditions of optimization of physical culture and health work with pupils of elementary classes of rural school were substantiated and developed. Coclusions: the results of pedagogical experiments indicate that the proposed pedagogical conditions for optimizing the system of physical culture and health work with pupils 7-10 years in the conditions of rural society contributed to increase their level of physical health, physical fitness, motor activity.
Introduction and purpose of the study. The article is devoted to the issue of optimization of cooperation between the institution of pre-school education and the parents of children. Within our research, it was important to identify the attitude of parents to introducing into the educational process of the kindergarten an innovative program for the complex development of the child's personality in the process of physical education. The hypothesis of the study is that identifying the peculiarities of the relation of parents to the implementation of the physical culture and health work of the preschool institution of the proposed technology will determine the most effective forms of joint work with parents in order to promote the comprehensive harmonious development of the child's personality. The purpose of the study is to identify peculiarities of the parents' attitude towards the content and quality of physical culture and health work in pre-school establishments in order to determine the effective forms of interaction between parents and the preschool institution.Materials and methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of data of scientific and methodological literature, sociological (questionnaires, surveys); methods of mathematical statistics. The survey was attended by 257 parents of preschool children attending institutions of preschool education №9 "Sonechko" and number 10 "Lubavonka" town of Pereiaslav-Khmelnitsky, Kyiv region (2016/2017). As a toolkit, a questionnaire that was developed by us was used and in which respondents were offered a wide range of issues related to the process of physical education in a kindergarten. Results: the article deals with the peculiarities of the parents' attitude towards the innovative technology of physical culture and health work in the institution of preschool education, its content and organizational forms, depending on socio-demographic (sex, age) and social stratification factors (material security, education level). The obtained data testify to the dominance of positive evaluations of parents regarding the content and quality of the proposed technology, as well as the qualifications of caregivers. However, a significant number of parents (25%) failed to assess the aspects of physical culture and health work in pre-school establishments, since they do not know what it should be. This indicates an insufficient level of cooperation between parents and institutions of preschool education, which needs to intensify work in this direction.Conclusions. The main forms of joint work with parents were the following: general parental meetings, questionnaires, discussions, round tables, seminars, consultation conversations, open-air days, family holidays and entertainment (compatible sports events, days of health, tourist-local studies trips).
