O Dossiê “Mundo do trabalho, educação profissional e identidade de gênero” nasceu da intenção de ampliar as discussões sobre as interrelações entre as categorias trabalho e identidade de gênero no âmbito das instituições de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. A proposta volta o seu olhar para a diversidade no âmbito da educação profissional, seja na formação seja na interface com o mundo do trabalho, buscando dar visibilidade às experiências de grupos minoritários e movimentos sociais ligados às identidades de gênero. Recebemos contribuições de pesquisadores nacionais e internacionais, que refletem acerca de temáticas que incluem a relação da educação com mundo do trabalho e com a identidade de gênero.
Objetivando identificar a forma de organização e atuação dos grupos de humanização do parto e nascimento na região metropolitana de Belém do Pará, o estudo tem como hipótese a predominância de uma pedagogia crítica na maneira de condução de suas atividades. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa que demonstrou a heterogeneidade desses grupos, destacando que há em comum o protagonismo feminino na difusão, defesa e promoção de outras formas de parir e a crítica à imposição da cesariana. Os grupos estudados e com maior visibilidade foram: Ishtar Belém e Projeto TransformaDor. Eles convergem em relação à metodologia de ação: palestras, rodas de conversas, cine debates, panfletagem e produção de conteúdos digitais em redes sociais, além da atuação em favor do empoderamento feminino na cena do parto. Identificamos, assim, processos educativos não-formais pautados em estratégias da educação popular, valorizando o diálogo e a experiência dessas mulheres.
O acesso e a permanência de discentes e trabalhadores da educação fora dos modelos heteronormativos e cisnormativos são preocupações cada vez mais presentes na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. O presente artigo propõe uma análise contextualizada, a partir de estudo realizado na Escola Estadual Tecnológica Professor Francisco das Chagas Ribeiro de Azevedo EETEPA-CACAU-ICOARACI, que teve como objetivo construir uma prática educativa sobre Gênero e Sexualidade no Ensino Médio Integrado. Conclui-se que a importância dada a Gênero e Sexualidade não é necessariamente acompanhada de práticas que rompam silenciamentos ou tentativas de homogeneizar diferentes identidades de gênero e orientações sexuais no cotidiano escolar.
ResumoO estudo "O Enfrentamento à Transfobia no IFPA-Campus Belém: percepções sobre a Resolução 363/2017" teve como objetivo investigar o nível de conhecimento da comunidade do Campus Belém sobre a política institucional de combate à transfobia no IFPA. Procurou-se compreender como na prática se implementa a Política do Uso do Nome Social e qual o conhecimento da comunidade sobre a Resolução 363/2017 CONSUP-IFPA, que garante esse direito. Além disso, investigaram-se as percepções dos docentes, discentes e técnicos administrativos sobre os estudantes Trans. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa com procedimentos quantitativos e qualitativos com busca documental, bibliográfica e de campo, por meio da aplicação de questionários. A cidade de Recife dos anos 1920 acompanhou a divulgação em jornais e revistas de modos e modelos a serem seguidos por homens e mulheres. No entanto, a década de 20 ocasionou uma profunda transformação na maneira de como as mulheres e homens se comportavam e/ou adquiriam novos costumes. Enquanto os homens procuravam assegurar a sua condição de chefe de família, a mulher ia gradativamente assumindo um papel de independência em relação aos costumes dominante. Agora ela ocupava espaços de trabalho e deixava, em alguns casos o lar e o cuidar dos filhos para os homens. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o quanto os jornais e revistas do Recife construíram modelos de mulheres a partir da escrita dos homens, que ocupavam as suas redações.
