Menyusui memerlukan kondisi emosional yang stabil, mengingat faktor psikologis ibu sangat mempengaruhi produksi ASI. Efikasi diri menyusui merupakan kekuatan seorang ibu yang mempengaruhi respon dalam menyusui seperti usaha dan pikiran yang kemudian mempengaruhi inisiasi dan tenaga dari perilaku menyusui. Efikasi diri ibu yang kuat akan mendorong ibu dalam mempelajari hal-hal baru. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan self efficacy ibu menyusui agar bayi mendapat asupan gizi yang optimal serta tercapainya program pemberian Asi eksklusif. Metode penelitian ini diawali dengan koordinasi dengan kader untuk mengetahui jumalh ibu menyusui di Kelurahan Wonokromo, Surabaya. Karena kondisi pandemi kami mengumpulkan ibu menyusui secara online sejumlah 30 ibu menyusui melalui media zoom untuk menjelaskan pentingnya self efficcay menyusui. Setelah itu secara intens kami mengirimkan edukasi secara online dengan memberikan link yutub yang berisi tentang hal-hal yang bisa meningkatakan self efficacy ibu dalam memberikan ASI terutama ASI eksklusif. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan keyakinan ibu untuk tetap menyusui sesering mungkin. Budaya di masyarakat maupun mitos yang kurang mendukung akan mudah ditepis jika informasi-informasi tentang menyusui cukup dipahami. Hal ini tentu akan meningkatkan keyakinan ibu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif sehingga program pemberian ASI eksklusif sampai bayi berusia 6 bulan bisa tercapai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ibu yang memiliki efikasi diri yang kuat permasalahan menyusuinya lebih sedikit, memiliki persepsi yang baik tentang kepuasan bayi saat menyusu, dan selalu berusaha untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi mengenai laktasi.
Riwayat diagnosa pasien dapat menentukan perawatan yang tepat agar tingkat kesembuhan semakin tinggi dan cepat. Hal ini juga sama berlaku pada hewan. Seorang dokter hewan perlu melakukan diagnosa yang tepat untuk melakukan identifikasi permasalahan penyakit hewan. Klinik Pawprint adalah klinik hewan yang terletak di daerah kutisari. Klinik hewan ini berdiri pada pertengahan tahun 2020. Klinik Pawprint masih menggunakan rekam medis manual atau berupa kertas. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak permasalahan dalam pencatatan riwayat diagnosa hewan antara lain waktu pencarian berkas yang lama, berkas tidak ketemu, berkas isinya kosong, dan isi berkas tertukar. Pada saat Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) ini telah digunakan pada klinik Pawprint terdapat beberapa kendala yang akan terjadi yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan pemilik terkait cara pengoperasian sistem rekan medis elektronik. Selain itu dari sisi pelanggan klinik juga masih mempertanyakan manfaat dan kemanan data yang tersimpan di dalam sistem tersebut. Pendampingan telah dilakukan untuk membantu memahami pengoperasian sistem RME. Hasil pendampingan dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencatatan data pasien serta mempercepat proses administrasi yang dilakukan. Selain itu sosialisasi telah dilakukan kepada pelanggan klinik hewan pawprint. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemahaman manfaat RME dan kepercayaan keamanan data rekam medis hewan peliharaannya pada sistem RME.
Pondok pesantren adalah tempat berkumpulnya banyak orang dimana rentan terjadi penularan penyakit, terutama Covid-19. Prinsip pencegahan yang dapat digunakan untuk meredam penularan Covid-19 di antaranya adalah upaya 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan secara teratur, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan mengurangi mobilitas dan interaksi) dan vaksinasi. Namun akhir-akhir ini kebiasaan mencuci tangan sudah mulai pupus dan tidak seketat awal pandemi. Maka perlu di gencarkan lagi dan diberikan pemahaman kembali terkait kebiasaan mencuci tangan. Metode: Pelaksanaan pendampingan kader Santri Sehat dalam sosialisasi cuci tangan pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fitrah Surabaya dilakukan secara langsung sebanyak 22 santri hadir dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21-22 Mei 2022. Hasil: Gambaran umum responden berupa karakteristik diri para santri, santri yang mengikuti pendampingan adalah 22 santri laki-laki yang juga menjadi Kader Santri Sehat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perubahan pengetahuan tentang mencuci tangan pada Kader Santri Sehat Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fitrah Surabaya. Kesimpulan: adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan perubahan sikap serta perubahan perilaku terhadap pentingnya kebiasaan mencuci tangan secara benar setelah dilakukannya pendampingan kader santri sehat dalam sosialisasi cuci tangan pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fitrah Surabaya.
Corona virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 saat ini tidak hanya menyerang pernapasan, tetapi juga menyebabkan gangguan fungsi pada organ tubuh lainnya. Dahulu COVID-19 dianggap sebagai penyakit infeksi yang menyerang saluran pernapasan saja, namun penyakit tersebut saat ini dianggap sebagai penyakit yang menyebabkan infeksi sistem organ tubuh yang menular melalui saluran pernapasan.Sifat penyakit COVID-19 ini perlu disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat, termasuk di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terbaru serta memberikan wawasan atau edukasi kepada masyarakat pondok pesantren tentang COVID-19. Kegiatan tersebut termasuk dalam sebuah agenda besar bertajuk “Festival Santri Husada Bersatu Hadapi COVID-19”. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah santri husada dan pengurus ponpes bidang kesehatan di pondok pesantren Hidayatullah Al Muhajirin. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi secara daring (webinar). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para santri dan pengurus memiliki pemahaman tentang penyakit COVID-19. Selain itu, dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, para santri dan pengurus pondok pesantren juga telah memahami dengan baik karena sebelumnya telah disosialisasikan oleh pihak pondok pesantren. Terciptanya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai COVID-19, pemahaman cara penularanpenyakit COVID-19, dampak penularan penyakit COVID-19, dan pengetahuan tentang protokol kesehatan diharapkan dapat menjadi kebiasaan baru sehingga dapat membantu terhindar dari penularan dan adanya klaster baru COVID-19 di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Harapannya, melalui kegiatan ini dapat tercipta pemberdayaan, yaitu kemandirian pondok pesantren di bidang kesehatan dan sehingga dapat menjadi contoh bagi masyarakat maupun pondok pesantren lainnya.
This study aimed to determine the relationship between mothers with history of diabetes mellitus with Infants with Anti-GAD65. This study was an observational analytic study with a cohort study design. The case studied was the relationship between maternal history of diabetes mellitus and infants with Anti-GAD65. This study was conducted at Jemursari Hospital in Surabaya. Sample examination was performed with a GAD65 autoimmune rapid test. Then, a statistical test was performed to determine its relationship with other variables. There was no relationship between mothers with history of diabetes mellitus and infants with Anti-GAD65, but there was a significant relationship between Anti-GDA65 Mothers with Infants with Anti-GAD65. Thus, there was a possibility of transplacental antibody transfer and viral infections during pregnancy that cause damage to pancreatic beta cells. History of diabetes mellitus was not related to infants with Anti-GAD65, but there was a relationship between Anti-GAD65 Mothers with Anti-GAD65 BAyi so that there is a transfer of transplacenta antibodies and viral infections during pregnancy that can cause damage to beta pancreatic cells in infants.
