As a representative intrinsic p-type inorganic semiconductor material, cuprous oxide (Cu 2 O) has been widely used in photovoltaics, catalysis, chemical industries, and other fields, owning an extremely important position. For a long time, the literature on the preparation methods and preparation technologies of Cu 2 O have been relatively scattered and independent, resulting in a certain degree of obstacles and difficulty in obtaining relevant technical knowledge and understanding the internal principles. Aiming at the progress and innovation of Cu 2 O preparation methods and technologies in recent years, combined with our team's long-term experience accumulation and research results, this article focuses on the classification, principles, and characteristics of the various Cu 2 O preparation methods and also involves representative applications and performance in the light energy utilization area. This review aims to provide reference and guidance for the preparation and research of Cu 2 O and other related inorganic oxide semiconductors.
Using existing innovations as raw materials or inspiration to promote further innovation is becoming a new way of knowledge reuse and contribution in open innovation community (OIC). Study on makers' remix contribution behavior in the open innovation communities will help to promote the development of community innovation based on remix. Based on the theories of social capital, pro-social behavior and psychological ownership, this paper studies how social network relationship, norm of reciprocity, self-rated expertise, peer recognization about remix and psychological ownership influence makers' remix contribution behavior in OIC. We conduct a negative binominal regression by collecting a large-scale data set mining from Thingiverse, the typical open innovation community. Social network relationship, norm of reciprocity, peer recognization about remix and psychological ownership have a significant positive impact on makers' remix contribution behavior, while the positive influence of self-rated expertise on remix contribution behavior exists only among novice and intermediate makers.
The coupled tasks of complex product may lead to iterations and iterative process and it would influence the quality and schedule of the complex product development. To achieve a reasonable planning about tasks, this paper works on the information transfer between measurable tasks to calculate the dependency degree on the basis of the variability and sensitivity, then construct a fuzzy dependency structure matrix to reflect the dependency of the coupled tasks. Then utilize matrix power to identify coupled task set, and decouple the coupled tasks. At last, this paper verifies this theory with instance.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
