<p>Diante da perspectiva desse dossiê "<strong><span lang="PT-BR">Educação, Diversidade e Inovação"</span></strong>, no dia 24/08/2018, às 8h da manhã, via Skype, realizamos essa entrevista, estando a entrevistada em Porto Alegre, na sua residência e a entrevistadora em Brasília, também na sua residência.A Professora Doutora Esther Pillar Grossié uma grande educadora brasileira, presidente de uma ONG, o Grupo de Estudos sobre Educação, Metodologia de Pesquisa e Ação (Geempa) sediada em Porto Alegre e que há 48 anos tem feito a diferença na educação. Ao longo desse período trabalha na formação de alfabetizadores no Brasil e Colômbia, a partir de uma proposta didática-pedagógica pós-construtivista, elaborada pela entrevistada junto com uma equipe de científicos. Essa entrevista marca uma oportunidade de dialogar sobre uma visão inovadora e revolucionária da educação.</p>
ResumoEste estudo visa evidenciar as contribuições dos grupos áulicos no processo de aprendizagem entre pares. Pressupõe-se que grupos áulicos garantem o espaço relacional na perspectiva multidirecional. A coleta de dados foi realizada em uma turma de 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública de Samambaia, Distrito Federal, por meio de observação participante, entrevista não estruturada e análise documental.Os dados foram analisados na perspectiva sociocultural em diálogo com a teoria interpretativa de Geertz. Os resultados indicam que os grupos áulicos permitem reorganizar o pensamento fazendo diferença no campo do ensino e aprendizagem, na perspectiva de um espaço que possibilite a diversidade de relações, rompendo com as profecias de fracasso e instaurando um lugar real do aluno nessa relação de construção de conhecimentos. A interlocução entre os pares ocorre no grupo heterogêneo que possibilita que se aprendam conceitos com os diferentes saberes, afinal aprende-se em meio à diversidade. It is assumed that courtiers groups guarantee the relational space in multidirectional perspective. Data collection was carried out in a class of 1st year of elementary school to a public school in Samambaia, Federal District, through participant observation, unstructured interview and document analysis. Data were analyzed in the sociocultural perspective in dialogue with the interpretive theory of Geertz. The results indicate that the courtiers groups allow reorganizing the thinking towards making a difference in teaching and learning field with a view to a space that allows the diversity of relationships, breaking with the failure of prophecies and establishing a real student's place in that relationship construction of knowledge. The dialogue between the pairs occurs in the heterogeneous group that makes it possible to learn concepts with different knowledge, after learning in the midst of diversity.Keywords: Groups; learning; teaching. La proposition didactique du post-constructiviste (Grossi, 2005), prend en compte la relation entre le sujet, la réalité, les autres et l’Autre intérieur et considère le potentiel d’apprentissage de tous les élèves. Elle a comme fondement théorique, entre autres, le principe que l’apprentissage est un phénomène social, et que l’organisation spatiale de la classe, en groupes auliques favorise le processus d’enseignement-apprentissage. Le post-constructivisme est une proposition didactique qui permet de répondre à la finalité d’enseigner à tous les élèves. Cet article sur le travail en groupe dans le post-constructivisme a pour objectif d’analyser le changement de posture des institutrices, et le développement professionnel qui s’en suit, et qui démontre une rupture avec la forme d’éducation traditionnelle. La ficelle de la chercheuse identifiée est le fait de reprendre dans une formation des enseignants, à travers les groupes auliques dans le cours de Geempa et le groupe d’études hebdomadaire, l’approche scientifique du post-constructivisme.
<span>Diante de altos índices de analfabetismo, principalmente no que se refere a alunos oriundos de classes populares, em torno de 50% ao final de três anos de estudos, ou seja, crianças aos 8 anos de idade, nosso questionamento se direciona para a necessidade de mudança em busca da qualidade na educação no Ensino Fundamental, prioritariamente nas escolas públicas. Sendo assim, esse relato de experiência objetiva abordar aspectos estruturais da formação e as interferências no processo de aprendizagem dos professores ao ensinarem seus alunos, chegando, ao final de cada ano letivo, a índices de 100% de alfabetização em suas turmas. Nosso estudo apresenta o relato de profissionais pertencentes ao Núcleo de Estudo Geempiano do Distrito Federal que, composto por professoras vinculadas à Secretaria de Educação do Distrito Federal, ao longo de 13 anos, vem construindo uma trajetória de profissionalização enquanto alfabetizadoras. Utilizam-se da proposta didático-pedagógica pós-construtivista, que tem como ponto de partida, o princípio da igualdade das inteligências e o processo psicogenético de cada aluno, dentro de um Campo Conceitual de conhecimentos relacionados à leitura e à escrita. Comprovamos a formação de professores alfabetizadores, junto à proposta didático-pedagógica pós-construtivista, como uma opção na busca da melhoria e da democratização das aprendizagens, uma vez que possuem uma trajetória bem sucedida de alfabetização em turmas de classes populares.</span>
