The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of experiential learning on the entrepreneurial intention at higher education. To enable the research to measure experiential learning, the researchers used three dimensions as independent factors (empirical learning, Cognitive loading, and Selfefficacy) and on the other hand entrepreneurial intention at higher education as dependent factor. The study was carried out at private universities in Erbil. The researchers employed quantitative research method via adapting questionnaire from academic source and publish it online to gather information from participants. The questionnaire was distributed randomly among 120 academic and administrative staffs of private universities. The participants of the present study were 103 participants from different private universities in Kurdistan region of Iraq. The study developed three research hypotheses, the findings revealed that, as for the first research hypothesis found that an empirical Learning strongly predicts entrepreneurial intention, implying that empirical Learning would have a clear beneficial relationship with entrepreneurial intention. As for the second research hypothesis, it was found that a cognitive loading strongly predicts entrepreneurial intention, implying that cognitive loading would have a clear beneficial relationship with entrepreneurial intention, and lastly as for the third research hypothesis, it was found that self-efficacystrongly predicts entrepreneurial intention, implying that Floatationwould have a clear beneficial relationship with entrepreneurial intention.
This study aimed to measure the usage natural gas can be an effective alternative fuel for internal transportation. In order to interpret the present analysis, a quantitative approach was used. The current research focused on assessing the usage of natural gas as an alternative fuel for internal transportation. The present research was analyzed using a questionnaire. Sample design is the technique or process that the researcher is able to accept in selecting objects for the survey is referred to as sample design. The research sample was chosen using a random sampling method and carried out in various locations in Kurdistan region of Iraq. A total of 125 questionnaires were issued, but only 111 participants completed them correctly.Participants were asked to rate the value of each object on a five-point scale ranging from unimportant to highly important. The findings revealed that the usage of Natural Gas Fuel strongly predicts internal transportation, implying that the usage natural gas can be an effective alternative fuel for internal transportation.
Anxiety, as negative emotion, affect perceptions in sports competitions, where a large majority of athletes consider anxiety to be debilitative towards performance, which may result in decreases in performance. Several researches on anxiety among athletes indicated that athletes take drugs to combat anxiety and enhance performance. There are many researches indicating that relaxation techniques benefits athletes by enhancing self-confidence, concentration, performance, reducing anxiety and stress, blood pressure as well as muscle tense. The aim of this research was to find the correlation between different kinds of relaxation techniques and sports performance. The sample consisted of 122 athletes. The sample was drawn from athletes who competed in Sports between University (MASUM). The Questionnaire of Imagery, The Questionnaire of Meditation, The Questionnaire of Progressive Muscle Relaxation and The Questionnaire of Techniques of Breathing, was used in this study. Besides that, Sports Performance Questionnaire also has been used in this study to correlate the relationship between the relaxation techniques and performance of athletes. The result showed that there are positive correlation between imagery and sports performance, meditation and sports performance, progressive muscle relaxation and sports performance, breathing techniques and sports performance. Sport psychologist and coaches should use these findings to practice various kinds of relaxation techniques on athletes. Practicing relaxation techniques can reduce the number of athletes taking drugs to reduce anxiety and enhance performance. For sport industry, relaxation techniques product can be sold through the form of CDs, VCDs, DVDs and audio.
This paper intends to highlight the intensity of the use of deliberative democracy in the policy making process. It assists policy makers to understand the significance of deliberative democracy and the preliminary conditions to conduct effective and successful deliberation for the purpose of producing best quality decisions. This paper stressed the relationship between deliberation and citizen's satisfaction of government decisions. It indicated that deliberative democracy helps citizens to directly influence on the quality of the decision and better represent their preferences by proposing their agenda and views on policy alternatives and issues. Deliberative democracy is a technique that stabilizes citizens' interests by diminishing domination, despotism, and better assessing public choices. This paper found that deliberation legitimizes government decisions and maximizes the outcome of the policies. This article defined several advantages of deliberative democracy in the public policy making process which pursues equality, mutual interest; reason based discussion, public goods, the decision focused and agreement on disputed preferences. It also concluded that deliberative democracy facilitates free and fair participation and creating opportunity for discussion and information sharing between participants prior to the implementation process of government policies.
