Este trabalho tem como título Perfil Epidemiológico De Adesão De Pacientes Pós-Exposição Na Região Norte Do Brasil, onde o intuito foi buscar um total de pessoas que iniciaram um tratamento da PEP (profilaxia pós exposição), verificar a adesão a PEP e descrever o perfil epidemiológico dos pacientes com indicação a PEP de 2018 a 2022. Para isso, definimos como objetivo geral determinar o perfil epidemiológico de pacientes expostos ao vírus do HIV com adesão a PEP na região norte do Brasil. O principal autor que embasou a tal pesquisa foi o site do ministério da saúde onde fica armazenado o quantitativo geral de pacientes que fizeram o uso do PEP. O tipo de pesquisa para dar ênfase ao trabalho como sua introdução e seu desenvolvimento foi pesquisa bibliográfica realizada por via eletrônica, através de consulta de artigos científicos. O que possibilitou apontar que o perfil das pessoas que buscam o PEP, é constituído de profissionais da área da saúde (acidente ocupacional), e pessoas que se relacionam com vários parceiros e sem fazer uso de preservativo (exposição sexual).
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as contribuições do farmacêutico para com a promoção da saúde da sociedade em geral. E especificamente, descrever as funções social do farmacêutico, enfatizar a importância do farmacêutico na promoção da saúde diante do Sistema Único de Saúde e pontuar as principais contribuições dadas por esse profissional a população em todas as suas áreas de abrangência. Metodologia: O estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa baseada em artigos com foco na análise de pesquisas com autores independentes, a partir da literatura consultada no banco de dados da Literatura LatinoAmericana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Banco de dados em Enfermagem (BDENF), artigos científicos de acadêmicos de universidades e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) que abordam a temática em questão. Resultados: Acredita-se que os serviços de farmácia devem ter como foco a educação em saúde, orientação farmacêutica, dispensação, assistência e acompanhamento da farmácia, bem como registro de eventos e avaliação de resultados. Conclusão: Os farmacêuticos também desempenham um papel fundamental no combate à autoadministração. Porque as pessoas não associam o uso de drogas a efeitos desagradáveis. Portanto, nossa abordagem é a orientação medicamentosa, enfatizando os riscos dessa abordagem, como interações medicamentosas e reações adversas.
Introdução: As doenças mentais que mais afetam a população são a ansiedade e a depressão, sendo a depressão a que mais acomete a população e que causa mais danos à saúde mental do mundo. Durante a pandemia de COVID-19, na qual foi decretada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) no dia 11 de março de 2020, foram tomadas medidas de proteção principalmente o distanciamento social. Isso trouxe diversos acometimentos ao mundo em geral, como isolamento, medo, morte, insegurança, entre outros. Esses acometimentos contribuíram de forma alarmante para os agravos psicológicos como a depressão. O tratamento da depressão é realizado por fármacos ansiolíticos antidepressivos. Acredita-se que na pandemia de COVID-19 a incidência da depressão aumentou, e consequentemente o consumo desses fármacos. Objetivo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma análise sobre o uso da fluoxetina, utilizanda durante a pandemia de COVID-19 por der considerada uma alternativa. Metodologia: Por meio de uma revisão narrativa, foram usados artigos originais encontrados nas plataformas National Library of Medicine - NIH ou PubMed e Scientific Electronic Library Online - Scielo. Conclusão: Foi notório o grande consumo de medicamentos ansiolíticos e antidepressivos destacados pela indústria farmacêutica em que a fluoxetina é o mais utilizado pelos consumidores. Por conseguinte, ainda são necessários estudos mais aprofundados para compreensão do uso e venda desses fármaco.
