Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Kopi Kapal Lampung merupakan UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung yang menjual kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung. Permintaan kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung cenderung fluktuatif sehingga perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung pada konsumen skala rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung pada konsumen skala rumah tangga di UMKM Kopi Kapal Lampung serta menganalisis elastisitas permintaan kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021 yang berlokasi di UMKM Kopi Kapal Lampung. Penentuan lokasi ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan penentuan responden sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan teknik non probability sampling secara purposive accidental sampling. Metode analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, frekuensi konsumsi, harga produk dan selera konsumen secara serempak berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap permintaan kopi. Variabel pendapatan, frekuensi konsumsi dan selera konsumen berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap permintaan kopi. Jumlah anggota keluarga dan harga produk tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap permintaan kopi. Elastisitas harga dan elastisitas pendapatan bersifat inelastis terhadap permintaan kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung. Produk kopi bubuk cap Kapal Lampung tergolong kedalam barang normal.
