The aim of the article is the theoretical development of non-formal, fundraising and bilingual models of future social sphere specialists training on the basis of the goals of sustainable development in education. The study is based on preliminary processing of European and Ukrainian documents on sustainable development, numerous scientific papers on the problem of sustainable development, theoretical developments and experimental research in the field of social sphere specialists training. Each of the developed models has passed the corresponding approbation and is supported by the author’s experience of practical professional training of future social sphere specialists at the Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University. The model of future social workers non-formal education ensures the integration of professional competencies of future social workers. Fundraising training of future social workers on the basis of sustainable development involves the use of the necessary fundraising tools to ensure the development of social capital, the formation of a society of social justice, the deployment of numerous non-governmental organizations at the global and local levels. The bilingual model provides empowerment of social workers to study, do internships, work, borrow positive experiences, participate in international projects, and collaborate with professionals in their field from around the world.
The article presents the method of applying the concept of visible thinking as an innovative method of teaching students majoring in 231 "Social Work". The main factors that require updating the content, forms and methods of social workers training are defined; it is also noted that the importance of using the capabilities of modern information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the teaching of compulsory and selective educational components is substantiated. Based on the study of scientific sources and materials of the latest educational Internet platforms, the content and features of the implementation of the concept of visible thinking as a tool to ensure conscious participation of the subjects of educational process are outlined. It is proved that the integration of this concept into the direct educational process within the educational program "Social Work" is carried out through its systematic, purposeful and multiple implementation, which allows to form soft skills of students such as: critical thinking, strategic thinking, information skills, creativity, cooperation and dialogue, emotional intelligence, tolerance for other points of view and other experiences. Based on the analysis of Project Zero results, methodological techniques and procedures of thinking are outlined, and their prospects in teaching the educational component "Leadership Self-Management and Social Leadership" at Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University (using the case "Invisible Women") are extrapolated. The research potential of teaching methods based on the concept of visible thinking (observation and research of interesting things, in-depth research, intensification of search for causes and explanations, research of different points of view, broadening horizons, reflection of ways and factors of changing the opinion, verification of ideas and proposals, substantiation of facts data and judgments)is substantiated. The conclusion is formulated that the implementation of the concept of visible thinking in the educational process of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University allows to make the process of thinking conscious by encouraging the active participation of students in the study of the specified educational unit.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of psychological assistance to a personality who has long been in extreme and crisis conditions of public life. The author analyzes the concept of «Psychological health of the personality», outlines the pathogenic consequences of being in stressful and crisis conditions, namely: the formation of neurotic traits that interfere with personal functioning (obsessive recollection of horrible episodes; feelings of depression, fear, anxiety, alienation, guilt, loss of normal interests, increased excitability, irritability, which can lead to an emotional outburst, uncertainty in the future, difficulty concentrating, communication difficulties).There where studied the features of destructive qualities which are formed due to influence of extreme factors. The author defines the criteria of psychological health of the personality (the spiritual orientation, the moral attitude of the individual to himself, to others, (trust, love), the ability to cope with life problems, to effective, creative activity, the stress resistance, the self-worth of each person, the adequate expression their thoughts, feelings, the responsibility, the congruence, the optimism, the adequate level of demands, the independence, the sense of humor, the tolerance, the self-esteem). The psychological determinants of harmonizing mental health are: a positive thinking, an emotional resilience, a tolerance to stress, and a balance in relationships with other people. The article identifies the features of psychological care and areas of psychological rehabilitation of persons who have long been in emotionally stressful conditions. The author considers the psychological determinants of harmonization of psychological health of the personality.As a result of empirical research, have been formulated the methodological recommendations for harmonizing the psychological health of the individual in conditions of mental stress in society.
