Purpose: T Social and behaviour change approach most used, and the only one used without other communication interventions was interpersonal communication and media and community/social mobilization. The current review sought to to review and synthesize the current literature regarding social and behavior communication change intervention at community-based programs, summarize treatment models and outcome measures, and evaluate the evidence. Methods: We searched Medline, PsychINFO, and PubMed (January 2000 and December 2020) and conducted ancestral and online searches in peer-reviewed, English language journals for eligible studies. Results: A total of 5 articles were included in review. All studies reported that SBCC was feasible to increased expenditures on eggs and flesh foods, minimum dietary diversity, early initiation of breastfeeding (EIBP, exclusive breastfeeding (EBP), knowledge and practices towards infant and youth complementary feeding (IYCF) , and reduced stunting prevalence. Conclusion: Future studies could be re-tested using more sample size in different place or region of others countries with relatively high prevalence of stunting.
Introduction: The lack of concern toward sleep quality is frequently found on students of high schoold, hectic workers and college students, the impacts of sleep lack could affect to learning concentration. Aims: To find out the correlation between sleep quality and learning concentration ,students of medical faculty, University of Baiturrahmah Padang in Second Year.Method: The scope of this study covers the field of general medical science, this study was conducted at the Faculty of Medical, University of Baiturahmah Padang on April 2019 to January 2020. The type of this study was descriptive analytic study with cross sectional study design. Affordable population in the study were students of the Faculty of Medical, University of Baiturahmah in second year, the amount was 150 people with 76 samples by using random sampling technique. Univariate data analysis was presented in the form of frequency and percentage distributions as well as bivariate analysis using chi-square test and data processing using computerized SPSS program version 24.0. Result: Based on the results of the study, People who had the poor sleep quality are 53 people (69.7%), had a poor learning concentration are 42 people (55.3%) and there was a correlation between sleep quality and learning concentration of students at the Faculty of Medical, University of Baiturrahmah, Padang in second year P = 0.034 <0.05.Conclusion: It is proven that there was a correlation between sleep quality and the learning concentration of students at the Faculty of Medical, University of Baiturrahmah Padang, Second year.
Several sources cause skin tissue damage. Kefir probiotics, made from fermented cow's milk, are believed to remove scars during use. Kefir involves a series of immune processes, acute and chronic inflammatory processes, cell division cell migration, chemotaxis, and various differentiations. This research determines the histopathological fibroblast cells in the wound healings in mice (Mus musculus) given 80% kefir probiotic. The method of research was the posttest-only control group experimental design. Mus musculus aged eight weeks with a bodyweight of 18-40 grams were taken in two groups randomly with 32 Mice. The result is that fibroblasts in the negative control group had a smaller mean of 10,25 compared to the mean number of fibroblast cells in the 80% Kefir group, which was 25,18. Thus, it was proven that the effectiveness of Kefir probiotics of wound healing in mice (Mus musculus) was given 80% kefir probiotic (p=0,000 <0.05). There is an effect of kefir probiotic on the healing of cuts in mice based on the calculation of the number of fibroblast cells.
Background: Dadiah is a traditional dish from West Sumatra made from buffalo milk, which is fermented in bamboo tubes and left at room temperature for ±2 days. Dadiah is included in the staple food category because it contains Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) which has the potential to be a probiotic. This study aims to determine the identification and characterization of LAB from Dadiah from Halaban, Kab. Fifty Cities, West Sumatra. Design and Methods: A survey method was used in this research with a descriptive analysis, Antimicrobial activity testing was done with bacteria Escherichia coli O157, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Listeria innocua. Molecular identification was done using the 16S rRNA gene. Results: Probiotic candidate test with the best results in testing for resistance to stomach acid at pH3 with the viability of 65.98%, bile salt resistance 0.3%, viability of 54.90% from 2DA isolates. Antimicrobial activity with the best clear zone area results was obtained in 2DA isolates with Escherichia coli O157 test bacteria of 21.16 mm, Staphylococcus aureus with a clear zone area of 23.17 mm, Listeria innocua of 19.24 mm and Listeria monocytogenes with a clear zone area 18.23 mm in 4DA isolate, LAB identification using 16S sRNA gene, results of running PCR base length 1419bp. Conclusions: Phylogenetic analysis shows that Dadiah of Limapuluh Kota Regency is a kin to Lactobacillus plantarum. The superiority of identification technology by using 16S rRNA gene only can be conducted if the nucleotide sequence information of the targeted bacteria is known beforehand.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
