Представлены результаты исследования морфологии и фотокаталитического разложения воды тонких нанопористых пленок в виде фрактальных дендритов из серебра и меди, а также их соединений -йодида и оксида. Метод. Нанопористые слои из серебра и меди синтезированы методом химической реакции замещения на металлических подложках. Йодирование проведено в парах йода. Оксидирование выполнено путем нагрева на воздухе. Изучение морфологии и состава синтезированных слоев осуществлено с помощью сканирующего электронного микроскопа. Основные результаты. Показано, что уже через 2-3 с после начала реакции на подложках формируются металлические нанопористые слои толщиной до 1 мкм. Слои серебра состоят из кристаллических гексагональных пластин и микро-и нанодендритов. В случае реакции замещения с солью меди сразу происходит формирование слоя, состоящего из медных микродендритов. Внутренний квантовый выход фотокатализа воды для слоев с серебром и медью, а также слоев металл-полупроводник составил 0,4-0,45 %. Обсуждение. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для создания фотокатодов с большой поверхностью для фотокаталитического разложения воды с целью получения водородного топлива. Исследованы фотокаталитические свойства наноструктур Ag-AgBr, сформированных методом низкотемпературного ионного обмена с последующей термообработкой в натриево-цинкалюмосиликатном стекле с бромом. Метод. Синтезировано стекло на основе матрицы Na 2 O-ZnO-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 , легированной оксидами сурьмы Sb 2 O 3 , церия CeО 2 и бромом. Методом ионного обмена на поверхности натриево-цинк-алюмосиликатного стекла сформирован слой, содержащий ионы серебра. Образцы были погружены в смесь нитратов 5AgNO 3 /95NaNO 3 (мол.%) при температуре 320 °C в течение двух часов. Последующая термообработка при 500 °С привела к формированию наноструктур Ag-AgBr в поверхностном слое. Фотокаталитические свойства Ag-AgBr наноструктур на поверхности стекла измерены по деградации метилового оранжевого красителя. Основные результаты. Проведено комплексное исследование спектральных и фотокаталитических свойств Ag-AgBr наноструктур. Показано, что после ионного обмена и термообработки сформировалась кристаллическая оболочка AgBr размером 6 нм на наночастицах серебра. Установлено, что наличие фотокатализатора с наноструктурами Ag-AgBr в поверхностном слое стекла в процессе ультрафиолетового облучения привело к деградации метилового оранжевого красителя на 77 %. Уменьшение толщины ионообменного слоя до 5 мкм посредством химического травления уменьшило эффективность деградации метилового оранжевого красителя до 15 %. Практическая значимость. Результаты работы могут быть применимы в устройствах для фотокаталитического разложения воды при получении водорода.
