Aim. The presented study aims to develop conceptual approaches to the formation of infrastructure for the innovative transformation of entrepreneurship in the digital economy, which would make it possible to optimize the management system of regional economic entities aimed at creating a favorable climate for the generation, development, and implementation of innovations in the Russian socioeconomic system.Tasks. The authors analyze conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of infrastructural support for the innovative transformation of business structures based on a comprehensive analysis of the parameters of its subsystems; substantiate priority directions for the development of regional infrastructure with a view to ensuring sustainable operation of economic entities; propose scenarios for the formation of regional infrastructure based on digital technologies for the transformation of innovation activities of companies.Methods. This study is based on the classical corporate life cycle theory, which includes mechanisms and organizational structures that facilitate the sustainable development of business structures in the digital economy. Theoretical and practical recommendations for innovation management and system analysis of the formation of competitive advantages of regional economic entities are used with allowance for current trends in the world economy and geopolitical risks.Results. Infrastructure support for the innovative transformation of business structures in the digital economy should allow for the reloading of the logistical, technological, financial, economic, informational, personnel, and communication units of the company’s integrated functioning system. Digital technologies transform system-wide, strategic, marketing, information, and communication methods of development and implementation of management decisions within regional socio-economic systems.Conclusions. Infrastructure support for the innovative transformation of business structures largely depends on the use of digital methods that allow for the implementation of information and communication platforms making it possible to optimize the organizational management structures of companies. The effectiveness of innovative transformation can be increased by accelerating and simplifying business processes; increasing the level of transparency and reliability of procedures performed on the web and implemented in business applications; structural transformations of forms of interaction with customers based on modern interfaces and access to complete information about consumer preferences; ensuring the availability of services provided on a cloud platform; achieving a high level of security of the knowledge base. Digital technologies have made the effectiveness of company management more dependent on the parameters of economic security and indicators of the quality of the information and communication infrastructure used at all stages of the functioning of the regional socio-economic system. Business communications in the global market of goods and services are accelerating and simplifying.
The paper discusses the development of the methodological apparatus of strategic management of innovative development in terms of the development of algorithms for the architecture of the company in the digital economy. In particular, an approach to the development of the architecture of a system for managing innovative development of companies is proposed, taking into account the positioning and effectiveness of the business and the socio-economic effect of its functioning at the regional level. The analysis of Russian enterprises is carried out, and the elements of business transformation under the influence of digital technologies are considered. Based on the results, scientists and practitioners can develop specific recommendations for managing innovative companies using digital technologies aimed at gaining competitive advantages and creating a new business design.
The presented study comprehensively analyzes criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative transformation of business structures, which involves step-by-step strategy development, its implementation, relevant management decisions, and controlling functions.Aim. By analyzing the features of transformation of business structures in modern geo-economic conditions, the study aims to propose conceptual approaches to the formation of criteria for evaluating the results of innovative transformations at all levels of socio-economic system management.Tasks. In accordance with the aim of the study, the authors propose approaches to classifying the innovative transformations performed by companies depending on market conditions; formulate a conceptual model of innovative transformations of business structures in accordance with the strategic goal of modernizing technological processes and services; examine methods for optimizing the stages of converting research and development into finished products based on digital technologies with allowance for the evaluation of the results of innovative transformations of companies.Methods. This study uses general scientific methods of cognition to examine specific features of innovative transformation of business structures and formulate conceptual approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative processes in companies using mathematical modeling and digital technologies for building and analyzing algorithms for optimizing management decisions aimed at implementing innovative transformation at all levels of management with allowance for geopolitical risks and changes in the external environment.Results. A comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical research allowed the authors to examine priority directions of innovative transformation of business structures at all stages – from a scientific idea, fundamental and applied research to the finished product or service, with allowance for financial and geopolitical risks. Innovative transformation of business structures is influenced by the introduction of digital technologies that make it possible to optimize business processes, reducing operating costs and enhancing the competitive advantages of business entities.Conclusions. In modern conditions, innovative transformation of companies is based on corporate information and communication systems that make it possible to optimize management decisions aimed at implementing a sustainable development strategy, upgrading, monitoring, planning, forecasting technological processes of regional economic entities. Innovative transformation of business structures largely depends on approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of developed and implemented management decisions and mathematical modeling scenarios with allowance for changes in the external environment and geopolitical risks. The digital economy has created the prerequisites for administrative and managerial transformation of companies through innovative processes.
Aim. The presented study aims to outline directions for the modernization of management in Russian oil and gas companies forming under the influence of high-tech knowledge-intensive production cycles, human capital, and artificial intelligence with allowance for the global challenges of digital technologies.Tasks. The authors investigate theoretical and practical approaches to structural changes in the management of Russian oil and gas companies that lead to the continuous modernization of the life cycle of technological chains and innovative scenarios for the development of economic entities in the long term; consider management decisions from the perspective of targets and costs, since management systems are significantly corrected under the influence of global challenges in a unified digital model of regional socio-economic development.Methods. This study uses dialectical scientific methods of cognition, complex analysis of tools used in the formation of intellectual capital on the basis of integration processes of Internet mobility, cloud computing, analytical business processes of managerial influence and social media networks, synergetic effects in the modernization of management in oil and gas companies. The study also examines scenario approaches to the development of the economic segments of the real sector through the example of ten systemically important Russian companies.Results. Digital transformation of management in oil and gas companies based on blockchain tools, artificial intelligence, online banking, trade marketplaces, and targeted advertising determines the priorities of industrial development of national economic models in the context of global challenges. The conducted scientific analysis shows a significant modernization of management in the domains of information and analytical data processing, expert evaluation of the digital array of indicators, and marketing approaches of companies driving innovative development, which actively use crowdsourcing, public interfaces, cloud technologies, virtual space, artificial intelligence, and robotics in justifying scenarios for long-term development and enhancing the competitiveness of the oil and gas sector of the Russian economy.Conclusions. Priority directions for the modernization of management in oil and gas companies are based on the use of modern digital shells, IT platforms, services involving the introduction of structural resource-saving materials, and additive technologies. The transformational model of company management involves the use of modern management tools that make it possible to optimize asset management, forecasting systems, and monitoring of strategic business units aimed at optimizing budgeting in order to increase the efficiency of project activities. A comprehensive assessment of the management of economic entities in the context of global challenges is based on criteria for assessing the functioning of internal or external accelerators, business incubators, venture incentives, the availability of innovative potential for the implementation of promising projects in the Russian oil and gas complex in the context of global challenges using public-private partnership tools on the platforms of modern software products.
