We report the case of a patient of 59 years with epygastralgia and vomiting. The abdominal ultrasound and esogastroduodenal transit disclosed a huge gastric stasis upstream from a very tight postbulbar stenosis. Laparotomy found a large gallastone in the duodenum with cholecystoduodenal fistula.
