Background. At the present stage of the development of society, one of the priority tasks of the state is to improve the system of physical education for schoolchildren. Recently, the problem of reforming the school system of physical education has become extremely urgent. Objectives. The purpose of our study is to form a model for implementing the health care system for the formation of sports education among schoolchildren. Methods. The basis of our methodology is the functional modeling system IDEF0, which allows us to form a model according to the goal set in the study. Results. Our research has brought an original result, which consists in the formation of a model for implementing a health care system for the formation of physical education among schoolchildren. Conclusion. Further research will be aimed at analyzing the attitude of physical culture teachers to innovations that are declared in the curriculum based on the principle of variability, as well as the willingness of specialists to work according to modular programs.
Most of the current programs of physical rehabilitation of students of a special medical group (hereinafter - SMG) are aimed only at a separate contingent depending on the type of nosology, which complicates the work of the teacher and reduces the effectiveness of classes for other students. In fact, no physical rehabilitation programs have been developed for female students who have the highest reproductive potential. Therefore, the creation of a rehabilitation program that will not only be able to cover students with various diseases, but will also be useful for the prevention of risk factors for chronic noncommunicable diseases (CHD) as the most acute demographic problem is relevant. The purpose of the study is to develop, scientifically substantiate and test the program of physical rehabilitation of students of a special medical group, taking into account motor disorders. The developed program of physical rehabilitation of SMG students taking into account motor impairments had a complex character and included the following elements: lifestyle modification, kinesitherapy (with stoppage of fitness yoga, functional training, aerobic training) (swimming, fitness, jogging, health) self-massage with the Lyapko applicator. The control group included 24 individuals, the experimental group consisted of two groups of 24 individuals. The following methods were used to solve the research tasks: analysis of scientific and special literature, surveys and questionnaires, pedagogical testing, methods of determining indicators of physical development, physical fitness and functional state of the organism, methods of mathematical statistics. After the implementation of the developed program of physical rehabilitation for female students, a decrease in the number and intensity of modified risk factors for CHD due to increased physical activity, reduction of bad habits was determined; reducing the number of complaints. Studies on the effectiveness of the program of physical rehabilitation of female students, taking into account motor impairments, tested on a sufficient number of female students of the special medical group, have confirmed data and can serve as a basis for practical implementation of this program.
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the conditions for the formation of health competence in future primary school teachers in the higher education system. The development of health competence of future primary school teachers is a long and complex process that requires appropriate pedagogical skills and ensures the involvement of students in the health care process. The chosen pedagogical conditions are characterized, which have a special role in the educational process of higher educational institutions. The state of research of the problem in the modern scientific literature is determined. Health competence is described as a set of knowledge, skills and values that are aimed at maintaining and strengthening health. Considering the pedagogical conditions for the formation of health competence in future primary school teachers in the process of professional training, the article emphasizes that the implementation of a set of appropriate pedagogical conditions depends primarily on its effectiveness. Thus, based on the analysis of research on this topic, we determine that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of health competence of future primary school teachers is a set of forms, methods, tools and content of teaching that affect the quality of the educational process and constitute the optimal educational environment. The following pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers in the process of professional training are identified: increasing the motivation of future primary school teachers to health-preserving activities; creating a health-preserving environment aimed at fostering a conscious attitude to one's own health; diversification of forms of health care activities of future teachers. It is established that further research should be aimed at integrating health competencies with the components of the methodological system of teaching professionally-oriented disciplines.
Conclusions. So, it is true that e-learning demonstrates broader benefits. Mobile learning technologies assist teachers in keeping students' attention. It helps them to promote motivation for learning, and to engage students in critical thinking, develop a questioning approach to the curriculum. It can be beneficial. Our results do not cover all aspects of the researched issue. Further research should be devoted to the new possibilities of the educational space effective modernization, including e-learning.
The main reason for the inefficiency of the system of valeological training of specialists in higher education institutions is that a set of its components isn‟t defined today (structure, content, form, term of study, blocks of disciplines, etc.), mutual relations aren‟t built between them, which ensure integrity, consistency and development. One of the greatest achievements of humanities and natural sciences of the end of the ХХ century and the beginning of the ХХІ century is the adoption of a humanitarian paradigm that includes a multidimensional definition of health as physical, social, economic and creative well-being. At the same time, a key role in its creation is assigned, firstly, to the person himself, secondly, near medical fields: professional activity, recreation, education, etc. Teachers should recognize: although educational activity is the main one in childhood and early youth, nevertheless other areas of life should be under the control of parents, teachers and, most importantly, young people themselves, not forcibly, but consciously and naturally.
