Community empowerment is an economic development concept that summarizes society's values to build a new paradigm in development that is people-centered, participatory. This study examines every process of community empowerment through non-formal education programs in the village of Baturetno, Banguntapan, Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This activity is a development of community service. The community empowerment program results indicate that there are exogenous (government) and endogenous (community) factors in determining the program's success. The function of empowerment and other support is only a companion in line with the mentoring function concept. It is necessary to strengthen awareness, cooperation, and more active communication in improving the welfare of the economy, education, social, culture, and village infrastructure.
Pancasila subjects that will be applied in the 2022/2023 school year have gone through a long journey in education, especially the learning process. Historically, the world of education has known PMP (Pancasila Moral Education) and PPKn (Pancasila and Citizenship Education). Since the year of reform, the subject that discusses Pancasila has undergone many changes, both in terms of material and the basic foundation of the curriculum in education itself. This is a result of one of them is the amendment of the 1945 Constitution. This paper aims to determine the implementation of Pancasila subjects that will be applied as a substitute for PPKn subjects. Research is a type of normative or literature research. Data collection through literature review is related to the focus of research in the form of literature review, theory, and documents. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out descriptively by triangulation. Hasilresearch shows that the Ministry of Education and Culture early 2022 issued guidelines for implementing the curriculum to recover learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. It contains Pancasila subjects that replace PPKn subjects. Its implementation is carried out by considering 2 (two) aspects, namely: intracurricular allocation per year; and the allocation ofPancasila student profile projects. Language skills in PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta children are still low. This matter is caused by less attractive and varied educational procedures and media. The use of exciting techniques such as telling is expected to improve children's language skills. This research aims: to identify the skills in telling children in improving the language skills of children PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta; to recognize the increase in language skills of children in PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta through telling. This research's procedure involves action research, which consists of 2 cycles, the first cycle of 8 actions and the second cycle of 3 steps. The study subjects were children in group B, with 16 children consisting of 5 boys and 11 girls. Methods of collecting information through observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of information analysis was tried descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. The action's success criterion is if the average class score in improving language skills reaches 75%. The research results show that: the media implementation process includes three stages, namely preparation, implementation of activities, and assessment; in Cycle I, it increased from the results of pre-action by 27% to 36%, and in Cycle II, it increased to 75%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of telling can improve PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta children's language skills.
