This research aims to identify the attitudes of university students, who are assumed to keep up with innovative changes and developments, towards technology. It is also aimed to test and improve the validity and reliability of the scale through methods such as factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Students are asked questions about their purpose in following up the technology, the effect of innovation on their lives as well as the questions about their level of using Internet and smart phone, which have a significant place in technology.Considering the answers of students having participated in the research, it is possible to state that their reactions to the concepts of technology and innovation are at the medium level. They also think that technology is now a lifestyle rather than a madness and they see technology as a part of their lives. It is possible to say assume that the uncertainty in their answers is the indicator of this fact.
The survey has been conducted amongst students studying in the field of Economics and Administrative Sciences at a foundation university. The purpose of the survey is to show the entrepreneurial tendencies and entrepreneurship levels of the university students who are young entrepreneur candidates. The aim is also to test the validity and reliability of the entrepreneurship scale developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2008) and examines the structure of factors.At the end of the survey, it was determined that the scale was valid and reliable. Furthermore, contrary to the previous surveys conducted for the students in state universities, it was seen that the students of foundation universities had higher levels of entrepreneurial tendencies.
The research also aims to test validity and reliability of the two-dimension workaholism scale, which was previously applied in our country in relation to workaholism.There were not enough findings to identify police managers as workaholic in the end of the research. However, the result obtained reveals a hidden workaholism in the organization. Even if the item ranking obtained in the factor analysis held in scope of the research was different, validity and reliability of "Workaholism Scale Turkish Form" was accepted. A number of suggestions regarding workaholic employees were made to the managers on the basis of findings in the end of the research.
ÖzetBu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite çalışanlarının kurumsal itibar algısı ile iş tatmini ilişkisinde örgütsel özdeşleşmenin aracı rolünü tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın ana kütlesini Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde bulunan üniversitelerin akademik ve idari personeli oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, literatür taramasının yanı sıra, örneklemi oluşturan akademik ve idari personele yönelik alan araştırmasını kapsamaktadır. Araştırma, ana kütle içerisinden rastgele seçilen 883 kişilik örneklem üzerinde analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler üzerinde "Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli" ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Bu analiz için AMOS 18.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya atılan hipotezleri destekleyici bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Bu kapsamda kurumsal itibar algısı ile iş tatmini ve örgütsel özdeşleşme ile pozitif yönlü doğrusal ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ana hipotezini oluşturan örgütsel özdeşleşmenin kurumsal itibar ile iş tatmini arasında aracı rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The aim of the study is to determine the level of work -family conflict of practitioners of accountancy. The study is carried out on 136 practitioners of accountancy that are operating in Diyarbakir. As the scale of work -family conflicts; Netemeyer, Boles and Mc Murrian (1996) work -family conflicts and family-work conflict scales are used consisting of 10 questions (5 of them are about work -family conflicts and 5 of them are about family -work conflicts). As a result of the study, it was examined that the practitioners of accountancy operating in Diyarbakir have generally conflicts between work -family and family-work in accordance with the answers given to the scale of work -family conflict. However, the average of the answers given to the scale of work -family conflict is as "I am not sure". Therefore, it can be said that there may be a secret conflict owing to the fact that the problems occurred from work may affect family. İş-aile çatışması ölçeği olarak Netemeyer, Boles ve Mc Murrian (1996) tarafından ortaya konulan 10 sorudan oluşan (5 soru iş-aile çatışması, 5 soru aile-iş çatışması) iş-aile çatışması, aile-iş çatışması ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Diyarbakır'da faaliyet gösteren muhasebe mensuplarının iş-aile çatışması ölçeğine verdikleri cevaplar açısından genel olarak iş-aile ve aile-iş arasında bir çatışma yaşamadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ancak iş aile çatışması ölçeğine verilen cevapların ortalaması "Kararsızım" şeklindedir. Dolayısıyla, işten kaynaklanan sorunlar aileyi etkileyebileceğinden gizli bir çatışmadan bahsedilebilir.
SMEs have very important roles and functions in the economy. SMEs which are the driving forces of the economy in developing countries are in different quests in terms of getting finance for both their expanding overseas and for business operations. In this sense, there are different projects offering economical, social and cultural opportunities to SMEs. One of the outstanding ones in our country is the European Union projects.This research consists of the review of the literature on the subject as well as the LDV (Leonardo Da Vinci) mobility projects which are the kinds of European Union projects and the works of SMEs in our country. The research carried out through the secondary data acquired from the National Agency, the short name of which is the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs includes the project application statistics of SMEs between 2004-2012 according to the provinces, project issues, and the number of people benefiting from these projects, and the relevant information related with the amount of funding provided by this means. As a result of this research, a number of proposals about project management have been submitted to SMEs operating in our country.
Since the subject of angel investors is a new concept for the researches of our country there is little if any in Turkey regarding of scientific research. As well as any quantitative research not exist on the field, the searches carried out are discussed as qualitative and literature study. The concept is ranked among the titles such as business angels, angel capital, angel investment, angel financing in the international literature.The search involves the entrepreneurship concept, the study results hereof in our country, the literature about angel investment and the studies carried out in other countries regarding of the subject matter. In consequences of the searches, the subject discussed from a different point of view and headed by the literature offers a number of suggestions and advices to entrepreneurships, the whole parts modeled by angel investment and researches.
