ABSTRACT:The purpose of this study is to compare teacher self efficacy belief between preservice preschool teachers and preschool teachers. For this study, 177 preschool teachers working in Afyonkarahisar city center and 161 preservice preschool teachers studying in Afyon Kocatepe University, Education Faculty in the 2nd semester of 2011 -2012 academic years, is selected. In this study, "Preschool Teachers' Multi Dimensional Self Efficacy Scale" is used as data collection tool. When self-efficacy believes of pre-school teachers and preservice preschool teachers are compared, statistically significant results are found in all sub-factors and general self-efficacy believes in favour of pre-school teachers except for family participation sub-factor. Preschool teachers' self efficacy beliefs are significantly higher than preservice preschool teachers' self efficacy beliefs.Keywords: preschool teacher, preservice preschool teacher, teacher self efficacy belief
Extended AbstractPurpose and Significance: Teachers are the leading actors in supporting the development processes of preschool children. Teachers are focus of interest for children of this period and they are effective in all areas of preschool children's education. There exists another important duty to be fulfilled by teachers who already take important role in attainment of behaviours, skills and academic information. This duty is developing self-esteem of students to put the information and skills they have attained into practice. In other words, teachers' duty is to help students develop positive attitudes just like "I can achieve or I can do". These attitudes lead the way to self-efficacy belief. In the present case, along with supporting the development of the children and teaching behaviours, academic information and skills, teachers should help students form selfefficacy belief and support the development of self-efficacy belief. The children maintain their lives confidently, successfully and happily with high self-efficacy belief. For the children to develop high self-efficacy belief, preschool teachers' self-efficacy believes should also be high. Only the teachers with powerful self-efficacy belief can bring up children with high self-efficacy belief (Bandura, 1986).
The deterioration of environmental factors, economic and technological development, the formation of complexity in societies, the rise of complex structures have made the environment and green management practices more important. Especially value-creating green approaches are considered as critical components in both public and private sector applications and defined as indicators of success in terms of sustainability. On the other hand, green marketing strategies are also important practices that have a positive impact on the environment and should be carefully emphasized for the inheritance of nature to future generations. Recently, it has been on the agenda quite a lot and it is understood for all sectors.In this study, it is aimed to determine the criteria for value-creating green approach practices in logistics companies operating in the TR A1 region due to the above mentioned importance and to choose the most ideal green marketing strategy. In solving this problem, Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, which are a complex decision-making method, have been used. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the most important criterion in value creating green approach applications as Environmental Focused Strategic Decisions (C3), and the least important criterion as Environmental Life Cycle Analysis (C2). It has been determined that the most ideal green marketing strategy is Green Innovation (A1). Accordingly the importance of the environmental based strategic decisions is revealed in terms of creating green marketing strategy for companies.
Makale TarihçesiÖz − Meydana gelen felaketler çoğunlukla öngörülemez ama her an oluşabileceği varsayılarak önlem almak gerekmektedir. Afet durumunda ihtiyaç duyulan malzemelerin temin edilmesi ve gerekli müdahalelerin yapılması, afete maruz kalan kimselerin hayatta kalmasına doğrudan etki eden çok önemli uygulamalardır. Özellikle gerekli olan malzemenin doğru ve süratli bir biçimde yerine ulaştırılması, ideal afet depo yeri seçimi bileşenlerinin dikkatli bir biçimde incelenmesi ve analiz edilmesine bağlıdır. Depo yerlerinin yanlış belirlenmesi demek, afet bölgesine yardım gönderilememesi veya gönderilen yardımların doğru yere ulaşmaması anlamına gelmektedir. Bu durum yapılan bütün uğraşların boşa gitmesi ve afetzedelerin gerekli yardımları alamamalarıyla sonuçlanabilir. Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir afet lojistiğine yönelik Giresun'da ideal afet depo yeri seçimi ölçütleri değerlendirilmiş ve ideal afet depo yeri seçimi yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla sürdürülebilir ideal afet depo yeri seçimi alternatiflerinin belirleyicisi olan ölçütlerin ağırlıklandırılması, AHS (Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci) yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Daha sonra, AHS temelli MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory-Çok Nitelikli Karar Verme) ve SAW (Simple Additive Weighting-Basit Toplamlı Ağırlıklandırma) yöntemleriyle ideal afet depo yeri seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda ideal afet depo yeri seçimi ölçütlerinin en önemlisi "Altyapı" olmuştur. En önemli alt ölçütün ise "Afetsellik Yapısı" olduğu görülmüştür. Öte yandan hem MAUT hem de SAW yöntemleri ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre sürdürülebilir ideal afet depo yerinin "A2" olduğu saptanmıştır.
