This research aimed to explore the current conditions, problems, and needs in the implementation of inclusive education, to examine the best model of the implementation of inclusive education and to investigate the effectiveness of the inclusive education model. This research was mixed method researchs which was conducted in three stages. Stage one was exploring the current conditions, problems, and the needs on inclusive education implementation. Stage two was formulating an inclusive education learning model and stage three was determining the efficiency of the inclusive education model. Findings reveal that students and learning are the biggest obstacle in implementing inclusive education, while management, students, and learning are the most important factors to be considered in implementing inclusive education model. Based on the findings, the whole school inclusive education model was developed which consisted of three stages namely input, process, and output. It was suggested that during the implementation of this model collaboration should be emphasized.
The most urgent problem to be resolved is equity of education, especially for children with special needs. Education for All is a principle of education that should be a priority in Indonesia. But this is still far from reality. the limitations of human resources inhibiting inclusion education. So this study aims to develop a model of human resource management in inclusive education in primary schools in East Java. This Research uses qualitative approach with study multicase. Subject of Research that used by differ its characteristic that is SDN Mriyunan 1 Gresik and SDN Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo. Data collecting Technique that used observation, interview, and documentation. Informant in this research amount to 20 people, its: headmaster, teacher, shadow teacher, and student. The results of this study indicate that Model of Human resource management of inclusive education include 3 planning, empowerment, and human resource assessment. Human resource planning begins with conducting needs analysis, recruitment, selection and placement that is satisfied with willingness and ability. Empowerment and development of human resources can be done with two models, namely models that are individual and model of a group. Human resource appraisal is conducted by evaluation and monitoring and evaluation, after which it is not followed by giving compensation or reward in the form of material or non-material.
This study uses qualitative research, with the type of multi-case study research. The main data source in this study was obtained by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The locations used as research sites were State Elementary School Babatan I and State Elementary School Wiyung, which are partnering with USAID Prioritas. State Elementary School Babatan I before partnering with USAID was accredited B, but after partnering with USAID accredited A in 2016. State Elementary School Wiyung was able to maintain its accreditation after partnering with USAID. The conclusion of this study states that improving the quality of education in State Elementary School Babatan I and State Elementary School Wiyung has been reached. This can be seen from the acceleration of changes in both physical development, and human resources, especially teachers and students both in quantity and quality.
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance, as well as to find out which of the leadership, discipline and motivation are the dominant influence on performance. The subjects in this study are members of Lumajang Police Force Sabhara totaling 63 people.This research uses explanatory research. As independent variables, namely leadership, discipline and motivation, and the dependent variable is the performance. Analysis of the data used are validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the leadership has a significant effect on performance, discipline significant effect on performance, motivation significant effect on the performance and motivation of the dominant influence on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,795. This means that 79.50% of performance can be explained by the leadership, discipline and motivation. While the rest of 20,50% performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
