The present study aimed to explore the impacts of e-learning, e-learning attitude in sports, and e-learning satisfaction on perceived learning among students of sports sciences. A total of 371 (108 females, 263 males) undergraduate students of sports sciences participated in this correlational study. The data were collected through a demographic information form, the Online Learning Attitude Scale, the Online Learning Attitude Scale-Sports, the Distance Education Satisfaction Survey, and the Perceived Learning Scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, SEM, Pearson’s correlation test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that e-learning attitudes and e-learning satisfaction among the participants had significant effects on their perceived learning (p < .05), while their e-learning attitudes in sports did not yield a significant impact on their perceived learning (p > .05). Accordingly, it may be claimed that as students’ e-learning attitudes and e-learning satisfaction increase, their perceived learning levels also increase. In addition to this, the students did not have a positive attitude toward learning applied courses online; therefore, undergraduate applied courses in sports sciences are better conducted face-to-face.
Bu çalışmanın amacı Üniversiteler Spor Liginde farklı branşlarda yarışan sporcularının müsabaka öncesi zihinsel hazır oluş ve duygu ifadelerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Nicel araştırma modeline göz önüne alınarak tasarlanan bu çalışmaya 238 erkek, 197 kadın katılımcı olmak üzere toplam 435 sporcu katılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama araçları üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların demografik özellikleri belirlemek için “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, ikinci bölümde “Zihinsel Hazır Oluş Ölçeği”, üçüncü bölümde ise “Spor Duygu Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, frekans analizi, t-testi ve korelasyon analizi yapılarak incelenmiştir. Cinsiyete göre kadın sporcuların zihinsel hazır oluş durumlarının odaklanma ve motivasyon alt boyutlarında, erkek sporcuların ise ilgi alt boyu-tunda anlamlı derecede farka rastlanmıştır. Milli sporcu durumu değişkenine göre, zihinsel hazır olma durumunun milli sporcuların, milli olmayan sporculara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca spor türü değişkenine göre, zihinsel hazır oluş durumlarının, odaklanma ve motivasyon alt boyutlarında takım sporu yapanların bireysel spor yapanlara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Her ne kadar ilişkisel bir sonuç olduğu için nedensel bir çıkarım yapılamasa da mevcut araştırmadaki sporcularda müsabaka öncesi zihinsel hazır oluş düzeyi arttıkça kaygı, keyifsizlik ve öfke azalırken; mutluluk ve coşku artmıştır.
This research was carried out to compare the dispositional hope levels of the students studying at Erzurum Technical University Faculty of Sport Sciences in terms of some variables. While the research population consists of students studying at Erzurum Technical University Faculty of Sport Sciences, the sample group consists of 174 students, 113 male and 61 female. The "Personal Information Form," which was created by the researchers to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants in the study, was developed by Snyder et al. (1995) to determine the levels of dispositional hope; The " Dispositional Hope Scale" which was adapted into Turkish by Tarhan & Bacanlı (2015), consisting of 12 8-point Likert-Type items and 2 sub-dimensions (Alternative Ways Thinking and Actuating Thinking) was used. In the research, a descriptive test was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants; a T-Test for independent variables to compare dispositional hope levels according to gender, do you do sports, and type of sport; The One Way Anova Test was applied to compare the participants' dispositional hope levels according to age, class and place of residence. When comparing the levels of dispositional hope of the participants according to gender, age, do you do sports, type of sport, and place of residence, no significant differences were found between the groups (p>0.05), significant differences were found between the level of dispositional hope according to class and variable, It was observed that 1st-grade students had a significantly higher average than the 2nd and 4th-grade students. (p<0,05). According to the analyzes made, female students have higher dispositional hope levels than male students; It was found that students between the ages of 18-20 had higher levels of dispositional hope than students between the ages of 21-23, and it has been determined that the students studying in the 1st and 1st grades have higher levels of dispositional hope than the 2nd and 4th-grade students.
