Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di Indonesia mendorong timbulnya berbagai permasalahan sosial yang kian hari semakin meresahkan bangsa Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menjadi tolak ukur rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di Indonesia adalah tingginya angka putus sekolah anak usia produktif (usia sekolah). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Siswa Putus Sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Bajo Indah Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe? penelitian ini bertujuan “Untuk Mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Siswa Putus Sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Bajo Indah Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Untuk membedah permasalahan ini digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara, dan study Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan faktor utama yang menyebabkan siswa putus sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Bajo Indah Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe adalah karena latar belakang pendidikan orang tua yang rendah serta lemahnya ekonomi keluarga siswa yang putus sekolah, dimana ekonomi yang menjadi faktor utama banyak orang tua tidak bisa melanjutkan sekolah anak mereka karena keterbatasan ekonomi yang dibutuhkan.
Abstrak Program Indonesia Sehat merupakan program utama Pembangunan Kesehatan yang direncanakan pencapaiannya melalui Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2015-2019. Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) menjadi salah satu cara puskesmas untuk meningkatkan jangkauan sasaran dan mendekatkan/meningkatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kerjanya dengan mendatangi keluarga. Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pendekatan keluarga tersebut perlu adanya penguatan puskesmas sebagai salah satu ujung tombaknya. Penguatan tersebut antara lain dilakukan melalui pemenuhan sumber daya puskesmas, yakni sumber daya manusia (SDM), prasarana dan sarana/alat. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah mengetahui ketersediaan SDM dan prasarana-sarana puskesmas dalam menjalankan PIS-PK. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pendukung kegiatan pengumpulan data PIS-PK di puskesmas seluruh Indonesia yang mengikuti pelatihan PIS-PK paling banyak adalah tenaga bidan (29,8%), sedangkan petugas yang paling banyak melakukan pengumpulan data keluarga sehat adalah petugas puskesmas (94,5%). Prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan PIS-PK di puskesmas menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua puskesmas dalam melakukan pendataan menggunakan formulir Prokesga sebanyak 97,8 persen. Keberadaan sinyal telepon selular di puskesmas sebanyak 85,5 persen dan keberadaan sinyal internet sebanyak 73,2 persen. Baru separuh puskesmas memiliki Pinkesga sebanyak 58,5 persen, stetoskop dan alat ukur tekanan darah air raksa, hampir semua puskesmas memiliki alat tersebut. Alat ukur tekanan darah digital hanya 71,4 persen. Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) is one of the ways the primary health care (PHC) can increase the reach of targets and bring closer / increase access to health services in their working areas by visiting families. To support the implementation of the family approach it is necessary to strengthen the PHC’s as one of the spearheads. Such reinforcement, among others, is done through the fulfillment of PHC’s resources, including human resources, infrastructure and tools. The purpose of this study is to find out about the readiness of Human Resources and Infrastructure Facilities of PHC in running PIS-PK. The results of this study indicate that for workers who support the PIS-PK data collection activities in health centers throughout Indonesia, the highest number of midwives is 29.8 percent who attend the PIS-PK training and the most 94.5 percent. Whereas for infrastructure that supports PIS-PK activities at the PHC, it shows that almost all PHC in carrying out the data collection used the Prokesga form as much as 97.8 percent. The presence of mobile cellular signals in PHC is 85.5 percent and the presence of internet signals is 73.2 percent. Abstrak Banyaknya peluang kerja dari luar negeri yang ditawarkan untuk perawat Indonesia perlu diimbangi dengan kejelasan informasi tentang tahapan penempatan perawat ke luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan sebelum penempatan sampai dengan penempatan ke negara tujuan beserta kendala yang dihadapi agar calon perawat yang akan bekerja ke luar negeri memiliki gambaran alurnya dan dapat mengantisipasi kendala yang mungkin timbul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan adalah perwakilan Pelaksana Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta (PPTKIS) di Jakarta dan perawat di Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur yang pernah bekerja pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di luar negeri. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis data dimulai dari telaah data, reduksi data, kategorisasi data dan menginterpretasikan data. Tahapan perawat bekerja ke luar negeri secara umum dimulai dari tahap pendaftaran, tes tertulis, tes wawancara, tes kesehatan, proses matching, tes kesehatan, pembekalan akhir pemberangkatan, dan penempatan di tempat kerja di luar negeri. Persyaratan administrasi dalam tahap pendaftaran bisa berubah/berbeda setiap tahun. Kendala yang dihadapi saat bekerja di luar negeri adalah culture shock, kurangnya kemampuan bahasa, dan rasa bosan. Sebaiknya lama pelatihan/pembekalan dikaji kembali, perawat perlu memaksimalkan proses matching dengan user untuk mendapatkan informasi gambaran pekerjaan, dan perlunya kejelasan komitmen dari perawat agar mereka bisa mengaktualisasikan diri untuk mengurangi rasa bosan. Kata kunci: Penempatan, tahapan, kendala, luar negeri, perawat Abstract The large number of overseas employment opportunities offered to Indonesian nurses needs to be balanced with clear information about the stages of placement nurses abroad. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages before placement until placement to the destination country along with the obstacles faced so that prospective nurses who will work abroad have a picture of the stages and can anticipate obstacles that may arise. This research is a qualitative research. The informants were Pelaksana Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta (PPTKIS) representatives in Jakarta and nurses in Jakarta, West Java and East Java who have worked in health service facilities abroad. Data is collected through in-depth interviews and data analysis starting from data examine, data reduction, data categorization and data interpretation. Stages of nurses working abroad generally start from the registration stage, written test, interview test, medical test, matching processes, medical test, final debriefing on departure, and placement in workplaces abroad. The administrative requirements in the registration stage can change/differ every year. The obstacles faced when working abroad are culture shock, lack of language skills, and feeling bored. It is recommended that the length of training/debriefing be reviewed, nurses need to maximize the matching process with the user to get job description information, and the need for clarity of commitment from nurses so that they can actualize themselves to reduce boredom.
