The quality of community services is one of the criteria that can be used as a reference to measure the success of the Village Government in carrying out its duties. On the other hand, community satisfaction with the services provided by the apparatus influences empowerment policies and the performance of the village government itself. This article describes the strengthening of the role of hamlet heads in assisting village heads in Tongke-Tongke Village, East Sinjai District. This research approach is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the strengthening of the role of the hamlet head in assisting the task of the village head in Tongke-Tongke Village, East Sinjai District had not run optimally. The hamlet head has not carried out his duties and functions optimally. The village head does not yet have a plan to strengthen the organization and does not dare to change the hamlet head who does not carry out his main duties and functions. The steps taken by the village head in dealing with these problems are to guide the hamlet head so that they can understand and carry out their duties and functions according to applicable regulations.
The library as it exists and is developing, has now been used as a center for information, a source of knowledge, research, recreation, preservation of the nation's cultural treasures, as well as acting in other services. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of library observers at the Sinjai Regency Library and Archives Service in encouraging and increasing interest in reading for the younger generation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research to provide a clear description and overall description of the performance of the Library Observer in encouraging and increasing the reading interest of the younger generation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Office of the Library and Archives of Sinjai Regency, Library Observer Management, and Library Visitors. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the performance of Library Observers at the Library and Archives Service of Sinjai Regency in encouraging and increasing reading interest of the younger generation is less effective, because its contribution is less than optimal in carrying out its duties and functions.
This paper aims to find out how the level of education of sub-district officials with service performance at the Kajuara District office, Bone Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach, which is research that takes a sample from one population and uses questionnaires as a data measurement tool. Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. This study used a sample of 100. The results of the study (1) The level of education of sub-district officials with service performance at the Kajuara District office, Bone Regency, influenced each other or had a good influence (2) Several factors influenced the education level of sub-district officials with service performance at the K ajuara District office. Bone is one of the factors of education up to high school and undergraduate.
