Global warming is a standout amongst the present most critical environmental issues, caused generally by emission of greenhouse gases, for example, carbon dioxide from the consuming of fossil fuels. Emissions of carbon dioxide fluctuate all through nations in Asia. It is progressively perceived that nations must act to advance the more prominent utilization of renewable energy resources as a component of activities looking to relieve environmental change. This paper shows a survey of the energy request situation in Malaysia and Indonesia. In this renewable energy, resources are getting to be attractive for sustainable energy development in Malaysia. It is essential for Malaysia to build the consumption of renewable energy to lessen its reliance on dirty fossil fuels for electricity generation. This paper endeavours to examine the elements influencing renewable electricity consumption (REC) in Malaysia. In particular, our examination means to investigate the long-haul relationship among REC, economic growth, CO 2 emanations, foreign direct investment (FDI) and exchange transparency over the period from 1980 to 2015. By utilizing autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing cointegration approach, we locate that financial development and FDI are the real drivers for REC. Exchange transparency, be that as it may, is found to have a negative effect on REC over the long haul. Strangely, the impact of CO 2 outflows on REC isn't critical. In addition, the vector error correction model (VECM) Granger causality test finds the presence of a unidirectional causality relationship running from GDP to REC, affirming the legitimacy of conservation hypothesis in Malaysia. Some significant policy suggestions are likewise talked about. It is accordingly prescribed that the policymakers are required to concentrate on the green energy generation part by expanding renewable energy creation from the current sources.
Background: A tracheobronchial foreign body (FB) is a case often found in children. In the last two decades, there has been an increase in adolescents and adults and in Muslim-majority countries. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe patients with a pin needle as tracheobronchial FB who went to otorhinolaryngology's Emergency Unit at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya. Patients and Methods: Descriptive observations using retrospective data. The data taken from medical records in the Broncho-Esophagology (BE) division of Otorhinolaryngology ER unit at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya. It was taken during the period 2016-2018. The patients were divided into two groups by age, namely group A (≥10 year old) and group B (≤10 year old). Results: Among 40 tracheobronchial foreign bodies, there were 24 patients (60%) with pin needle aspirations; consisting of five male (20.83%) and 19 female (79.17%). The youngest in group A was 2.5 year old (average 5.38 ± 3.25 years, median 4.5 years) and the oldest in group B was nineteen year old (average 14.1 ± 2, 40 years, median fourteen years). All pin needle FB appear on the thorax X-ray (100%). Conclusion:There was an increase in the incidence of pin needle aspiration over the last three decades. Most of the patients were teenage girls. Thorax X-ray provided a good diagnostic imaging. Extraction using rigid bronchoscopy is the first choice treatment of aspirated tracheobronchial pin needle.

The community empowerment is one of the support in developing of potential sources of Regional Original Income (PAD). For that, human resources as the pads of confirmation pads need to be powered. One of the elements of human resources is the youth. So one of the potential development efforts is the English training program for Sinjai Timur’s Youth and Entrepreneurship. Types of activities and technical implementation in this program consist of: (1) Pre-Test (Test will be given by the tutor the to target partner before giving the material ), (2) Giving Material (Giving material by Tutor to Target Partners), (3) Post-Test (Test will be given at the end of the training, to know the level of change before and after the training), (4) Brainstorming (covered the idea of entrepreneurship). Based on the results of the implementation of the activity, it was found that the target group's mastery of English was still less visible from the pre-test to post-test data from the number of existing targets, did not experience significant percentage increases. There were no targets that were able to achieve 100% percentage. For business administration management, only 1 (one) business group can assist in issuing a business license.
Community empowerment is one of the supports in developing potential sources of local original income (PAD). For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the human resources that support the occurrence of PAD. Her one element of the existing talent is youth. One of the efforts to develop this potential is the 'English Training' English Training and Entrepreneurship Management Office for Young People of Kalampuan Hamlet, Tompobul Village. The types of activities of this program and the technical implementation of the activities are: (1) Pree Test (a test that the tutor conducts before giving the material to the target), (2) Giving Material (the tutor provides the material to the target), (3) Post Test (a test given to the target) Partner) target partner becomes available). (Performed at the end of the training to know the degree of change before and after the training), (4) Brainstorming (brainstorming of entrepreneurial ideas). As a result of the activity, we obtained data that English learning was beneficial for the target group from the change in data values before and after the test. On the other hand, regarding the business types of the target group, it was found that the majority of the communities are engaged in palm sugar business, cattle trading business, and broiler business. However, the trade still operates separately and no joint ventures with an organizational structure have been formed, so the processing of official permits (business licenses and labels) cannot be carried out.
