Service on garbage pick-up is an obligatory service which, should be provided by the goverment. Due to human’s active mobility, which doing activities that may result in waste, that may cause bad impact on the environment and also human themselves. However, the service cost for garbage pick up is not that affaordable, in which government is required to do efficiency, especially to efficient in terms of time. In this study, the place that was used as sample is Padang City. In Padang City, the time that needed to pick-up the garbage from the time the trucks start the trip from the shelter, up to each pick-up point and drop it to the landfill site takes around 6.97 hours. This data is a secondary data that obtained by previous researchers. In this study, the time simulationhas been elaborated by replacing the conventional garbage bin to smart dust bin. Smart dustbin is equipped with sensor to count how much garbage inside it and other types of sensor are also equiped to accommodate its work. In addition, Smart Dustbin also equiped with GSM module to send information for indicating that the garbage bin has full. A simulation result showed that using smart dustbin can reducing the pick up time according to the pick-up points that informed by the GSM module.

Nowadays, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is rapidly developed. It also trigs the development of other research field such as social science research. But in the development of it, there are a continues problem that has been discovered over 30 years, noise. Over the years, many ways have been created for example Savitzky – Golay (SG) and Low Pass (LP) Butterworth filter. In order to use SG filter, two parameters which are the order and the window length should be determined by trial and error. On the other hand, LP Butterworth filter also needs two parameters to be operated which are the order and the cut off frequency. This research focuses on comparing the performance of third order LP Butterworth filter and third order SG filter by finding the gap between filtered signal and the original signal through the simulation by using MATLAB. This research is supported by the journals and books references. Also, the data of this research is presented by the table and graph. According to this research, founded that both filters have a significant impact to smoothing the noisy signal. compare to LP Butterworth filter, SG filter has better performance. It is proven by SG filter only has 5% gap to the original signal where LP Butterworth filter has a slightly bigger gap, 8.82%.
Novel Corona Virus (nCoV) infects human’s respiratory system. It spreads easily when an infected person makes a close contact with other people. To prevent its massive spread, it is necessary to ensure anyone coming to a certain place is not being infected. The symptoms include high body temperature (≥37.5°C) and low oxygen saturation level (≤95%). This day, most places only check the human body temperature. Thus, the authors are interested to make an attempt to design a system that is able to measure both human body temperature and oxygen saturation level. This work also applies the 7-DoF Upper-Body of Humanoid Robot to prevent virus spread from and to the employee. The system will detect the coming of visitors by using face detection. It requires 7.24 seconds to detect the visitor without a mask, and 1.26 second when the visitor wears a mask. The body temperature measurement was done using GY-906 temperature sensor with an error of 0.51%. For the oxygen saturation level measurement, MAX30100 pulse oximeter module was applied and showed an error of 0.78%. In addition, the upper-body of humanoid robot will perform some gestures to instruct the visitors in every process of the system. The implemented 7-DoF upper-body of humanoid robot has 93.33% gesture comprehension rate. In conclusion, the overall system has been tested and showed success rate up to 75%.
Motorbikes are an essential mode of transportation in Indonesia. People utilize it on a regular basis to get to work, school, and to transfer goods. According to data from Badan Pusat Statistik, the number of motorbikes in Indonesia hit 112 million units in 2019 [1]. Because of the high demand for motorbikes in Indonesia, many individuals must rely on loans. This, in turn, leads to a rise in fraud cases because people alter paperwork. Increasing fraud incidences by faking identities and documents. Aside from the possibility of fraud, there is also the long process that customers must endure by coming to the showroom, waiting for the list, and following a series of inefficient processes, so that the customers waste their time by doing those activities that cause them to miss other activities that are more productive. Customers may minimize time-wasting activities and fraud as much as feasible by establishing this online system. Because of these issues, this paper will present a web-based system that can assist clients, leasing companies, and dealers in online transactions to ensure that all provided documents are authentic. The system was developed in the website so that can be accessed in both mobile and personal computer. The website will be made based on agile software development process called rapid application development (RAD). Finally, the Web-based online motorbike dealing system has been developed and tested to meet a whole motorbike sales business process properly without any faults, flaws, or issues. Further research will mainly talk about automatic document verification and security issue.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
