This study was library research through several-mixed literature from Islamic doctrine which had been explained by several philosophers, jurist, also the sufis account. Rather than reconstructing its literal form, these Islamic thinkers based on Quranic revelation developed rational elucidation about five senses and their places in Islamic epistemological doctrine. This research found that Islamic tradition affirmed five senses as one of basic of human understanding. But, these potencies were given from Allah to the mankind for their capability to understand God's sign. Which these signs can provide human understanding about physical reality as mere aspects of God's sign in this physical world (dunyā). Furthermore, these understanding can be developed as true knowledge; wich will be asked at the day of judgement (qiyāmah).
Arabic teaching has the aim in the mastery of four skills; listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Considering to the languages teaching nowadays, educative games are commonly used as inseparable method from their curriculum. This method also had been practiced in Arabic teaching by some teachers. For this context, some rules need to be curricularly formulated. This critical point had not been elaborated curricularly. In this research, Library research model highlighted several studies of Arabic learning practices through game methods; then analyzed it with analytical and descriptive critical discourse methods to formulating the good, proper, and ideal ‘educative game’ in Arabic teaching. This study concluded the language game which emphasized some aspects such as 1) teacher competency, 2) facilities and infrastructure, 3) environmental conditions and situations. These three prerequisites are important in carrying out language teaching through ’curricular’ language games. Thus, educative language games can be formulated curricularly, which can be a simply contribution for practicing Arabic teaching through ‘educative games’.
Integrasi selalu dipilih sebagai hubungan tersebut. Lebih mutakhir lagi, adalah integrasiinterkoneksi yang diinisiasi oleh Amin Abdullah. Kajian tersebut memungkinkan adanya ruangan untuk metodologi studi agama dan sains secara lebih multidisipliner. Jika melihat berbagai kajian tentang integrasi tersebut, tujuannya adalah perumusan Sains yang berbasis teologis; yakni Sains Islam. Meski, sejatinya ide tentang Sains Islam sudah inheren dalam pemikiran al-Attas tentang Islamisasi Ilmu. Hal inilah yang mendorong perlunya kajian yang memetakan posisi integrasi dan tawaran al-Attas tentang Sains Islam. Kajian ini bersifat filosofis berbentuk kualitatif (kajian pustaka) berupa survei atas beberapa kajian integrasi serta meninjau secara kritis tawaran Sains Islam al-Attas. Pembahasannya dimulai dengan pemaknaan Sains dan Islam secara semantik ditambah analisa historis atasnya. Kajian ini setidaknya menyimpulkan bahwa paradigma integrasi sebagai hubungan antara Islam dan Sains sejatinya merupakan tahapan awal yang terjadi saat awal mula perkenalan Islam dengan peradaban lain. Yang mana, paradigma Sains Islam sejatinya merupakan kajian mutakhir hasil kegiatan intelektual kreatif dari peradaban Islam. Meskipun, paradigma sains Islam masih banyak memerlukan suplai metodologi dan kajian pendukung berupa perumusan program riset sebagai rahim dari Sains Islam tersebut.
