Social Distancing dan pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi hal familiar sejak pandemi covid-19. Begitupun, sistem pembelajaran era new normal mulai dikondisikan dengan mengikut kebijakan pada tiap-tiap daerah, terutama bagi anak usia dini. Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisa persepsi guru tentang social distancing dan pola pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada PAUD era new normal di RA/TK Kab. Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode field research dipilih dalam tulisan ini untuk mengungkap data dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa (1) guru memandang bahwa social distancing adalah pembatasan jarak sosial sementara karena pandemi, untuk itu pendidikan pada AUD di RA/TK Kab. Aceh Tenggara mengalami 3 kali transisi pola, mulai dari via WhatsApp Group (WAG), belajar kunjungan dan sistem bergilir; dan (2) platform social distancing pada PAUD di era new normal meliputi aspek pembelajaran, penugasan dan penilaian.
Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan materi ajar wajib setiap jenjang pendidikan bagi peserta didik maupun mahasiswa. Kendati dikenal sebagai materi klasik dan pelajaran tertua, PAI akan tetap menarik bila dikelola dengan konsep manajemen yang baik, seperti yang dipadukan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam terpadu, termasuk Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Bunayya Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, intruksi pengarahan, dan evaluasi) pembelajaran PAI dan pengembangannya di lingkungan SDIT Bunayya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) manajemen pembelajaran PAI di SDIT Bunayya terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini ditandai dengan keterpaduan pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, intruksi pengarahan pembelajaran , dan evaluasi dan (2) pengembangan manajemen pembelajaran PAI ditandai dengan s halat berjamaah di sekolah, pembinaan cara berwudhu, pembinaan akhlak peserta didik, dan pembiasaan interaksi peserta didik dengan Al-Qur"an.
This paper discusses the characteristics of transformational leadership in Islamic Elementery School (MI). It focuses on how the basic concepts of this kind of leadership are relevant to the 21st century education vision, on the what are the essential steps of a transformational leader on investigaties the strengths and weaknesses of transformational leadership in developing the quality of human resources in managing a school. This research used a qualitative approach with the main data of a literary study. The results of this research indicate that (1) the characteristic of transformational leadership through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intelectual stimulation, and individual consideration (4I) are relevant to the vision of 21st century education. The characteristics are built in the form of life and career skills, learning and innovation skills, information, media, and technological skills, (2) the steps for a transformational leader to face the vision of 21st century education are described in the concept of 4I which is combined with 4C (critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation, communication, and collaboration) towards 3 vision of education in the 21st century, and (3) the advantages of transformational leadership are in cost savings, high commitment, actualization of the potential human resources, and interpersonal communication, while the weaknesses are that it requires a relatively longer time, uneven empowerment, needs intense attention, and is difficult to apply to members in the number of units.
Al-Qur'an is sustainable until the Day of Resurrection, as well as learning the Qur'an must be endeavored to sustainably be given to mankind regardless of the circumstances, including the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This paper aims to analyze the learning of the Qur'an in the Covid-19 era in Kutacane, Aceh Tenggara. The formulation of this study focuses on discussing how the learning method of the Qur'an in the Covid-19 era in Kutacane, Southeast Aceh, the objectives of learning the Koran are still prioritized in the Covid-19 era and the learning objectives of the Qur'an are given to anyone. . For this reason, data collection was carried out qualitatively by using the field study method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the method of learning al-Qur'an is carried out using the halaqah system and learning at the home of a teacher; (2) the purpose of this lesson is that the children will love the Qur'an since childhood and bring the Qur'an to life in the Covid-19 era; and (3) learning targets are given to primary age children in Darussalam Village, Kutacane Aceh Tenggara.
Abstract This research describes several management of MI Nurul Ummah in order to improve the quality of education in the school, the type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by interview and also with various sources both from relevant books and journals. From the results of the writing, it is known that there are some policies implemented by MI Nurul Ummah management (1) Assisting the reading of Asmaul Husna, intends to educate students characters to love Allah through Asmaul Husna, (2) The implementation of Full Day School, the application of this policy is expected to make it easier to supervise students in the school, (3) Dhuha prayer in congregation, get children to pray in congregation and a good character building, (4) The training of teachers to upgrade teachers knowledge in order to produce a good quality of education.
