Digital Dictionary of Computer and Network Engineering can be used in the learning process of computer and nerwork enginering students. Dictionaries are generally book-shaped is hard to carry because of their thick and heavy, now can be accessed anywhere by development of web technology. Digital dictionaries can be accessed through computers, laptops dan cellphones, this is make student easily in learning process. The digital dictionary can not only be used by students of computer and network engineering, but can also by general public, as long as you have an internet connection, anyone can be use this digital dictionaries. The main process in this digital dictionary is the search process. Binary search algorithm used in the search process of binary search algoritm. Binary search algoritm search is applied to word search in this digital dictionary, because this algoritm is intended for sequintal data. Program language that will be used to build this digital dictionary is PHP and MySQL.
Patients are the main object who must get the best service at a hospital, because the quality of hospital services determines the recovery of a patient and the quality of the hospital. The quality of hospital services has two components, namely the fulfillment of predetermined quality standards and the fulfillment of patient satisfaction. Hospitals must provide services that focus on patient satisfaction. Improving the quality of health services can be started by evaluating each element that plays a role in shaping patient satisfaction. The application of evaluation measures to patient care in each hospital is needed as an increase in the quality of service to patients. The analysis of the fuzzy associate memory method has the closeness of human reasoning to get solutions to various problems so that they are easy to apply and understand. Utilization of decision support system (DSS) analysis with fuzzy associate memory method can be used as an evaluation of the perception of each consumer complaint to measure the level of patient satisfaction.
In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, social media is very influential in marketing company products, therefore companies interested in using social media need the role of content creators and employees. This is because the selection of prospective employees for content creators is still manual, and the selection of employees who are still related to family leads to an objective selection. Information technology and decision support systems need to be used as a tool to determine the selection of quality content creation staff using the WASPAS method, a combination of the WSM and WPM methods. By assigning weights to each criterion and then conducting a ranking evaluation process, this method can be used to solve the "multi-criteria decision making" problem. The result of this research is to find content creators who meet the standards of the WASPAS analysis method.
Abstrack : The training carried out at CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is a tridharma of community service in understanding computer assembly for employees of CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai in installing computer hardware and software, where the quality of employees is very influential on human resources that can be used as a benchmark in mastery of assembly. As is known CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is engaged in trade and services and this is a benchmark for employees in knowing or understanding the main parts of a computer. The computer assembly training activities are presented in the form of explanations, video screenings, discussions and practice in the field. The benefits derived from this activity include being able to assemble computers and computer parts, so that employees work according to their field of expertise and can master proper assembly techniques. It shows the employees CV. Currently, student interest in teaching and learning in schools is declining, coupled with high youth unemployment, the same is also happening in universities. The existing learning model is only teacher-oriented, tends to be passive in order to reduce the nature of learning, students must continually build new ideas based on their learning experiences in order to be able to think creatively and solve problems in the material presented by the teacher. The model of electronic learning (e-learning) in higher education institutions that takes advantage of the advantages of information and communication technologies (ICT), offers a concept of learning where there is a transformation of learning from conventional form to digital form, both in content and in system. has shortcomings, namely not having interaction in the learning process; Project-based learning (PjBL) is one of the innovative learning implemented, but it has not had a sufficient impact on increasing the activity, creativity and productivity of students, especially in the design of a project. This study aims to determine the needs desired by lecturers and students in implementing learning in the multimedia and animation technology course. Results of research that based on the needs analysis performed, students expect the presence of a new learning model that can maximize learning. Based on the needs analysis carried out, the teacher expects a new learning model capable of maximizing learning. Lecturers and students expect a learning model capable of collaborating in the use of information technology and skills required in the 21st century. ABSTRACT- This study aims to design interactive multimedia for computer client server programming with Android-based so that it can be accessed via smartphone. Client server programming course is one of compulsory subjects in Informatics Engineering course. With the realization of multimedia is expected to shorten the learning time of students, and students can more easily understand the material of client server programming rather than through the tutorial tutorial as usual, and is expected to improve learning achievement. This multimedia realization chose to use the Android operating system to be accessible through smartphone that is currently widely used by the students. This interactive multimedia presents theories, simulations and problems as the evaluation of client server programming learning. The results of this interactive multimedia will be tested through the test instrument to the students on the study program of Informatika Technique of Asahan University. Instrument test used to know student achievement. Test instrument used is a questionnaire instrument to determine the quality of interactive multimedia computer network courses. Multimedia is designed using the main software such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Authorware and Eclipse 4.2 along with supporting applications. The material to be delivered on interactive multimedia is tailored to the syllabus of client server programming courses on Strata 1 level. The expected research output is in the form of teaching materials for the enrichment of client server programming subjects and multimedia technology and will be socialized through the national seminar in the field of informatic engineering. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan kegiatan wirausaha mahasiswa berbasis teknologi (technopreneurship), upaya meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dan lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi pelaku technopreneurship serta menyusun dokumen arah pengembangan technopreneurship di Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Asahan secara khusus dan Kabupaten Asahan secara keseluruahan. Penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, berlokasi di 2 kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan; Rendahnya daya saing produk UMKM Kabupaten Asahan disebabkan masih rendahnya penguasaan teknologi di kalangan pelaku usaha. Bila ada inovasi teknologi sifatnya temporer, hanya untuk keperluan pameran/eksebisi di tingkat regional dan nasional, bukan untuk peningkatan mutu produk, diversifikasi dan efisiensi dalam jangka pendek maupun peningkatan produksi secara berkelanjutan, peningkatan omzet, laba serta perluasan usaha dalam jangka panjang. Pengembangan technopreneurship kemitraan Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Asahan (delivery order) merupakan best practice untuk memperluas dan memperkuat technopreneur unggul di daerah. Community service activities that use technology and the motivation of members of the Porsea Sector Police support the knowledge and understanding needed to produce new knowledge with current developing technology. Regarding the target in community service activities is to be able to add insight into new technologies and also create high work motivation. The activity of technology training and training support for members of the police officers in the criminal world is provided with lectures, video demonstration and question, and answer methods. The benefits obtained from this activity include, among others, being able to improve the performance of police officers in the knowledge of existing police technology, so that members work according to their fields and can master the technology in the police to work professionally.
