This study aims to test consumer acceptance of mobile banking Islamic banks using the Technology Acceptance Model. The concept of mobile banking is used to examine the role of banking in facilitating mobile consumer financial transactions. Methodology: This study uses a survey with a sample of 179 users of mobile banking applications Islamic banks in Central Java and Yogyakarta. Data analysis used in this study is SEM with AMOS software assistance Findings: All hypotheses are supported. Based on the consumer's perspective, mobile banking is an opportunity for the Islamic finance industry. However, mobile banking will transform very quickly and brought new challenges in the era of industry 4.0. Originality: This study enrich the discussion in the literature by retesting the technology acceptance model (TAM) to explain the usage of mobile banking of Islamic bank.
The people of Palangka Raya city in today's modern era made angkringan as a place of social interaction and place of consumption for all social layers of society. Therefore the authors seen the existence of business opportunities angkringan. Angkringan was a place to buy food and drink "typical". As for the formulation of the problem (1) How the sales strategy angkringan to achieve sales targets? (2) How was the business opportunity of angkringan in Palangka Raya city? (3) How was the feasibility of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city? This research method used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by used interview technique, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining the subject in this study used purposive sampling technique was the technique of determining the subject based on several considerations determined. Data validation was done by used triangulation. Further data the processed and analyzed with several stages: data collection, data presentation), conclusions (withdrawal by viewing data presentation), and Verification (drawing conclusions to answer from problem formulation). The results of this research were: (1) marketing strategy of angkringan business in Palangkaraya city to increased market share after passing strategic stages that was choosing strategic location, there wass no limited for all circle become its consumer, food menu provided safe for consumption, possible, clean place, affordable price and promotion through banner, social media and mouth of mouth; (2) angkringan business opportunities in the city of Palangka Raya had good prospects in the future and have the competence to do it, supported by the results of SWOT analyzed (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats); (3) feasibility study of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city, Jekan Raya Sub-district, the whole aspected was considered feasible. The market and marketing aspected of angkringan business was feasible to run because it has the market potential and the opportunity to market its products this was seen from the number of potential customers owned by the business. The social and cultural economic aspected can be said to be feasible because it had opened the job field, then from the aspected of business law angkringan was considered feasible because of the exemption from the Regulation of the Minister of Trade which states that not all businesses should be permits included the angkringan business.
This study aims to determine the role of the amil zakat infaq and alms Muhammadiyah institutions in the welfare of society. This research approach uses a qualitative methodology, using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative data through semi-structured interviews observation and documentation are also used. Meanwhile, the data validation technique used the source triangulation technique. Data analysis uses the collections, reduction, display, and verification methods. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that LAZISMU's role in the welfare of the community where the fundraising mechanism uses several methods, namely digital fundraising collection, coming directly, direct pick-up, and via transfer. Second, the distribution of ZIS funds is carried out by LAZISMU management assisted by volunteers supported by a database of people who are entitled to receive assistance to simplify the distribution road map. Third, the results of the study found that the socio-economic changes of the community receiving ZIS funds were greatly helped by the assistance that was received, and with the Covid 19 pandemic, LAZISMU management held a Covid 19 alert program. Abstrak Produk giro Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Palangka Raya mengunakan akad wadi’ah. BSM memberikan keuntungan berupa bonus setiap bulannya kepada nasabah giro sebagaimana yang tertera pada laman website BSM yaitu “bonus bulanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebijakan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik pemberian bonus pada produk giro wadi’ah di BSM Cabang Palangka Raya ditinjau dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pemberian bonus pada produk giro wadi’ah telah sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pertama, bonus tidak diperjanjikan dalam akad, Bonus diberikan tergantung keuntungan yang diperoleh bank setiap bulannya disertai kebijakan. Kedua, pernyataan pemberian bonus melalui laman website BSM merupakan salah satu bentuk promosi yang dapat dibenarkan, hanya saja jika pemberian bonus menjadi bagian dari persyaratan yang dapat mengarahkan pada riba dan akan menjadi kelaziman karena terus menerus dilakukan, maka pemberian bonus tersebut dapat menjadi kesalahan yang perlu ditelaah ulang. Kata kunci: Bonus, Giro Wadi’ah, Bank Syariah, Ekonomi Islam Abstract The wadi'ah yad dhamanah contract that is applied to current accounts at the Palangka Raya Branch of Bank Syariah Mandiri, is basically a wadi'ah contract, which theoretically does not allow the recipient of the deposit (bank) to declare the previous reward or benefit to the wadi'ah account holder (customer). BSM Palangka Raya Branch provides benefits in the form of bonus every month to current accounts as previously stated on the BSM website, namely "monthly bonus given in accordance with BSM policies". Bonus are given based on BSM policies. Second, the statement of giving bonus through the BSM website is a form of promotion can be justified, it's just that if bonus are part of the requirements that can lead to the practice of hidden usury and will become the norm because it is continuously being done, then giving this bonus can be a mistake which should be reviewed by BSM.
