ABSTRAKDalam penelitian ini, peneliti meneliti memilih karyawan Bank Syariah mandiri cab. Padang yang mana merupakan salah satu bank syariah yang besar di kota padang adapun beberapa alasan peneliti adalah setiap hari kerja, Bank Mandiri Syariah belakang olo selalu melayani nasabah dalam jumlah yang tidak sedikit. Hal ini tentu menjadi tanggung jawab karyawan untuk senantiasa memberikan pelayanan maksimal terhadap para nasabah dalam setiap transaksi, selain dari tuntutan kerja dan banyak nya jumlah nasabah setiap hari penyebab stress karyawan Bank Mandiri Syariah tersubut adalah tuntutan target yang sangat tinggi dari Bank. Bentuk persamaan regresi dapat di tulis sebagai berikut Y = 4,221 -0,293X1 + 1,129X2, nilai thitung untuk variabel stres kerja sebesar -2,242 dengan signifikansi 0,028. Nilai Sig. variabel stres kerja sebesar 0,028 < 0,05, Selanjutnya diketahui nilai thitung untuk variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 8,079 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Sig. variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of investor reaction towards profit that measured by the earning response coefficient with the variable of conservatism accountancy, persistence of profit and the systematic risk at the company, which have high market capitalization and listed in the LQ 45 index. Population in the research are companies, which are listed in the LQ 45 index from the period of 2011 to 2015 that have complete financial information, and have financial notation in the form of Rupiah and excluded from the banking sector. The analysis method that being used is multiple linier regressions analysis and the result shows that conservatism accountancy partially significant affecting the Earning Response Coefficient. It shows that there is an investor reaction towards companies in the Index LQ 45, which applies conservatism accountancy in gaining profit. Profit persistence and the systematic risk is not significantly affecting earnings response coefficient.

Islam is a moderate religion that is very close to the dignity of women which is very different from the two religions of its predecessors. In both religions women are considered as a burden in life and very detrimental, women's rights are morally and materially ignored. Like ownership of property, the right to issue testimony, identity is assigned to the husband not to his father. Even as far back as 1956 and perhaps up to now in France and Germany full of women's freedom must obtain the husband's permission to conduct transactions, such as buying and selling, grants from his own property. With library studies and comparative approaches and qualitative methods the author reveals whether Jews and Christians have similarities in their treatment of women in theory and is there a difference between the two religions? Do Islam, Judaism and Christianity in theory give equal treatment to women? Let a Muslim know that there is a gap between the teachings of Islam and the behavior of some Muslims today that are no longer in accordance with Islamic norms. Agrarian conflictare inextricably linked to issues of injustice. There is a view that in equality in the agrarian conflicts can and should be resolved through legal measures, which were touted asthe establishmentand enforcement measures. By elaborating the idea of ​​access to justice within the framework of ROLAX and ROLGOM, as well as approach esthatare reviewed by the Theory access Ribot and Peluso, this paper seeks to study how access to justice can be achieve din agrarian conflicts. Of elaboration that access to justice can be the key to recovery in equalityin agrarian conflicts not only depend on the outcome of judicial decision simposing procedural-formal. The approach used is expected to read the constellation of the struggle for justice more broadly than just law enforcement measures and the establishment of formal, ie starting from the flow of benefits as well as the power relations that underliean access, to the quality of the legal system and achieving justice process based on the rule of law. With the scope of the analytical framework and approach, this paper focuses on the theoretical and conceptual depth. However this paperal so gives an over view and attempta simple analysis of the struggle of the Moro-moro citizens Register 45 Mesuji Lampung as acasestudy of the acquisition of access to justicein agrarian conflicts. Abstrak. Ada pandangan bahwa ketidakadilan dalam konflik agraria dapat diselesaikan melalui langkah yuridis sebagai langkah pembentukan dan penegakan hukum. Dengan mengelaborasi gagasan akses terhadap keadilan dalam kerangka Rolax dan Rolgom, serta pendekatan Teori Akses yang ditelaah oleh Ribot dan Peluso, tulisan ini berupaya untuk mempelajari bagaimana akses terhadap keadilan dapat dicapai dalam konflik agraria. Pendekatan yang digunakan diharapkan mampu membaca konstelasi perjuangan akan keadilan secara lebih luas daripada sekadar langkah pembentukan dan penegakan hukum formal, yaitu mulai dari adanya aliran manfaat serta relasi kekuasaan yang  mendasari sebuah akses, sampai kualitas perangkat dan sistem hukum dari prosesmenggapai keadilan berdasarkan prinsip negara hukum. This study aims to determine the effect of learning media animation, torso, and the image and initial knowledge of students on student learning outcomes on the material digestion system of human food class XI in Private High School Hang Tuah Belawan. The type of research used is quasi experiment with research pretest-postest control group design. Samples were selected using cluster sampling techniques and divided into experimental and conventional classes. In class XI IPA1 applied animation media, class XI IPA2was applied torso media, and class XI IPA3 applied conventional media. Multiple-choice questions are used to measure learning outcomes, while critical thinking skills are essay-based. Data analysis technique using Covarian Analysis (Anacova) at significant level α= 0,05 and continued with Tukey test with SPSS 21.0 software. The results showed that: (1) There is influence of animation media to student learning outcomes (F= 4,266; P= 0.017). Students who were taught by animation media were significantly different from the students who were taught by the image media, but not significantly different from those taught by torso media; and (2) There is influence of student's early knowledge to result of student learning (F= 3,662; P= 0,011). Students with high initial ability who were taught by animation media, torso and gambart did not differ significantly with students who had low initial ability that was taught by torso animation media and images. Students who have high initial ability that dibelajarkan with media animation, torso and images significantly higher than students who have low initial ability that dibelajarkan with animation media, torso and gambar.Hasil research shows that learning using animation media and early knowledge is better in giving influence to learning outcomes.

Artikel ini membahas mengenai penggunaan pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum Islam klasik. secara periodik, hukum Islam klasik berkembang dari masa rasulullah hingga sampai pada masa bani abbasiyah dengan menunjukan pola yang dinamis dan unik pada tiap periodenya. Pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum islam digunakan untuk mengambil tafsiran baru dari hukum Islam klasik, yang masih dianggap relevan untuk keadaan sekarang. Hal ini karena bahasa Arab merupakan bahasa unik yang bisa menghasilkann bentuk tafsiran yang beragam, tergantung cara mana yang kita pakai. Beberapa bentuk pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum Islam klasik adalah semantik, semiotik dan hermeneutika.
