Pendekatan Linguistik dalam Pengkajian Hukum Islam Klasik

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai penggunaan pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum Islam klasik. secara periodik, hukum Islam klasik berkembang dari masa rasulullah hingga sampai pada masa bani abbasiyah dengan menunjukan pola yang dinamis dan unik pada tiap periodenya. Pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum islam digunakan untuk mengambil tafsiran baru dari hukum Islam klasik, yang masih dianggap relevan untuk keadaan sekarang. Hal ini karena bahasa Arab merupakan bahasa unik yang bisa menghasilkann bentuk tafsiran yang beragam, tergantung cara mana yang kita pakai. Beberapa bentuk pendekatan linguistik dalam pengkajian hukum Islam klasik adalah semantik, semiotik dan hermeneutika.
