This study aims to find out the significance of the direct effect of industrial work practices on work learning readiness, vocational competency, and employability skills, the direct effect of work learning readiness on employability skills, and the direct effect of vocational competency on employability skills. The significance of the effect founds was expected to enhance the knowledge and consideration for developing employability skills vocational high school (VHS) students especially at industrial work practice, work readiness, vocational competency at vocational high school. The research used a quantitative approach with ex-post facto type. The data were analyzed quantitatively to test the formulated hypothesis. The research was conducted at State and Private Vocational High School in Yogyakarta Special Region. The population of the study was grade XII students majoring mechanical engineering. The research samples were 444 students who were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques were questionnaires distribution and documentation. The content validity was established using expert judgment. The construct validity was established using analysis factor by Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO MSA) with a value of 0.691. The reliability of the research was judged using Cronbach's alpha with value for work readiness of 0.921 and employability skills of 0.864. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The result of the study shows that employability skills can be improved through effective implementation of industrial work practice, good training work learning readiness, and vocational competency-based technical skills and non-technical skills.
The problem in this research is effort to increase green skills implementation in vocational school. The purpose of research is how green skills implementation through the project citizen model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the study were students of SMK Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya and SMKN 1 Palangka Raya in class XI. The results of this study indicate that the planning carried out in this study is to sort waste according to the type of waste. Another thing when implementing is the need for deeper explanation to students in identifying green skills problems, explaining solutions in applying green skills, and efforts to apply green skills to students when practicing in a laboratory or workshop. In this study an increase in green skills in the aspects of the ability to sort waste, the ability to analyze costs, and the ability to process products that will be made with used waste. This can be seen from the results that have been described where from each cycle from cycle I to cycle III increased in aspects of waste management with a score of 82 (good), the ability to make products from used mate-rials with a score of 3.7 (very good) and the ability to analyze the production costs of the product to be made with a score of 3.70 (very good) related to green skills in students practicum in vocational education.
Kehidupan sehari-hari terdapat permasalahan mengenai optimasi yang dapat diselesaikan menggunakan pohon rentang minimum, atau dikenal dengan istilah Minimum Spanning Tree (MST), misalnya masalah mencari biaya termurah dalam perancangan pemasangan pipa saluran air bersih. Ilmu perancangan pipa termasuk dalam ilmu plumbing yang merupakan bagian dari ilmu teknik sipil. Peneliti tertarik untuk menggunakan algorima Prim, Kruskal, Djikstra, dan Floyd-Warshall untuk menyelesaikan masalah pohon merentang minimum pada pemasangan pipa saluran air dengan meneliti biaya minimumnya. hasil penelitian pohon rentang minimum dari jalur distribusi pipa saluran air bersih di Perumahan “X” dengan menggunakan algoritma Prim, Kruskal, dan Floyd-Warshall diperoleh total biaya minimum yang sama yaitu sebesar Rp. 5.600.000,-. Sedangkan algoritma Djikstra memperoleh total biaya sebesar Rp. 7.200.000,-. Ini berarti bila ingin mendapatkan biaya yang paling murah dalam merancang instalasi pipa untuk air bersih, seorang estimator bisa menggunakan algoritma prim, kruskal, ataupun Floyd-Warshall.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengenai upaya meningkatkan green skills menggunakan model project citizen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik SMK Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya dan SMKN 1 Palangka Raya kelas XI. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu memilah sampah sesuai dengan jenis limbahnya. Pada saat proses pembelajaran menggunakan model project citizen ini mengalami beberapa hambatan seperti menyesuaikan keadaan pembelajaran daring akibat covid 19 yang sedang melanda seluruh komponen pendidikan sekarang, kesulitan dalam menjelaskan kepada peserta didik yang belum mampu menggunakan kelas online. Hal lainnya saat pelaksaan adalah perlu penjelasan lebih dalam kepada peserta didik dalam mengidentifikasi masalah green skills, menerangkan solusi dalam menerapkan green skills, dan upaya menerapkan green skills kepada peserta didik saat melakukan praktikum di laboratorium atau bengkel. Pada penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan green skills dalam aspek kemampuan memilah limbah, kemampuan analisis biaya, dan kemampuan meolah produk yang akan dibuat dengan limbah bekas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang sudah dipaparkan dimana dari masing-masing siklus dari siklus I sampai siklus III mengalami peningkatan dalam aspek pengelolaan limbah dengan skor 82 (baik), kemampuan membuat produk dari bahan bekas dengan skor 3,7 (sangat baik) dan kemampuan mengalisis biaya produksi dari produk yang akan dibuat dengan skor 3,70 (sangat baik) terkait dengan green skills pada praktikum peserta didik. Dunia Industri melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendorong perilaku menjaga lingkungan, namun keherhasilan upaya tersebut tergantung pada kemauan karyawan untuk menjaga lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor psikologis, pembelajaran, lingkungan masyarakat, dan akademis terhadap green skills mahasiswa teknologi informasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Struktur Equation Modeling (SEM). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa teknologi informasi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 112 mahasiswa dipilih secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar dokumentasi. Validitas isi dilakukan melalui pertimbangan ahli. Validitas konstruk dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) nilai besaran masing-masing faktor psikologis terhadap green skills secara langsung adalah sebesar 0,909, faktor pembelajaran terhadap green skills secara langsung adalah sebesar -0,132, faktor lingkungan masyarakat terhadap green skills secara langsung adalah sebesar 0,347, faktor akademis terhadap green skills secara langsung adalah sebesar -0,134. (2) terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung psikologis terhadap green skills melalui pembelajaran dengan nilai sebesar 0,026, pengaruh secara tidak langsung psikologis terhadap green skills melalui akademik dengan nilai sebesar 0,347, pengaruh secara tidak langsung pembalajaran terhadap green skills melalui akademik dengan nilai sebesar 0,070, pengaruh secara tidak langsung lingkungan masyarakat terhadap green skills melalui pembelajaran dengan nilai sebesar 0,0924, pengaruh secara tidak langsung lingkungan masyarakat terhadap green skills melalui akademik dengan nilai sebesar -0,083. (3) model pengukuran konstruk green skills dari empat faktor adalah model yang fit menggambarkan Green Skills (GS) mahasiswa dengan 10 komponen indikator GS dalam konstruk independent satu sama lain.
