ABSTRAKNilai ukur antara sensor load cell yang ada pada timbangan digital dan nilai ukur pada timbangan konvensional atau manual terkadang memiliki perbedaan yang sangat signifikan diantara keduanya, hal ini biasanya diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan nilai ukur tersebut, oleh karena itu pada penelitian kali ini, akan dilakukan suatu pengukuran dan pengujian berat suatu beban dengan objek yang ukur yaitu buah apel, tomat dan jeruk. Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sistem mana yang lebih efisien dan akurat dalam melakukan suatu perhitungan berat suatu buah. Untuk tahap pertama, Proses pengukuran berat buah menggunakan sensor load cell dilakukan pada alat penyortir buah otomatis, kemudian untuk tahap kedua, pengukuran buah dilakukan dengan menggunakan timbangan jenis manual atau konvensioanal. Setelah didapat nilai perhitungan dari keduanya, selanjutnya akan dianalisa dan dibandingakan hasil ukur dari kedua sistem tersebut untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dari keduanya.Kata Kunci : Perbandingan, Nilai Ukur, Load Cell, Timbangan Manual, keakuratan ABSTRACTThe measuring values between the load cell sensors present in the digital scales and the measured values on the conventional or manual scales sometimes have a very significant difference between them, this is usually due to several factors affecting the difference in measuring values, therefore in this study, Will be done a measurement and testing the weight of a load with the measuring object of apples, tomatoes and oranges. This test is conducted to determine which system is more efficient and accurate in performing a weight calculation of a fruit. For the first stage, the process of measuring the weight of fruit using the load cell sensor is done on the automatic fruit sorter, then for the second stage, the fruit measurement is done by using manual or conventional scales. Having obtained the value of the calculation of both, then will be analyzed and compared the results of measuring both systems to determine the level of efficiency of both.
Arm robot manipulator is the most applied robot to substitute human labor in industries. Due to the importance of arm robot manipulator in manufacturing lines, the robustness and effective design are essential in building an arm robot. This paper presents the controller, mechanical, and motion designs of an arm robot manipulator. The fuzzy logic controller is employed to ensure the effectiveness in detecting the target object. PID controller is designed to enhance the smooth and stability of robot motion. The simulation of how the robot move inside its workspace was conducted using RSTX toolbox in SciLab. The motion is generated by deriving Denavit-Hartenberg parameters of the mechanical design. The result shows the effective design of Fuzzy-PID controller and mechanical design of a pick and places arm robot manipulator.
This study aims to determine the effect of variables attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and intentions of the decision to buy cosmetic products are safe and lawful to the Moslem in University Tarumanagara. The analysis used the two-track analysis using SPSS program. The analysis is divided into two: first the decision to buy cosmetic products are safe and the decision to buy a halal cosmetics. The results of this study is expected to be beneficial for consumers to pay more attention to safety and halal cosmetic products to be purchased. The government is expected to explicitly require the employer to provide information security and halal cosmetic products, due to the legality and certification of halal products will provide protection and ease of purchasing products cosmetic. For Moslem businessman in the presence of security guarantees and halal products, it is hoped will be improve competitiveness and sales.
This study on the Influence Job Satisfaction and Job Motivation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Study of Employee outsourcing PT J placed Tarumanagara University. Population in this study all employees outsourcing PT J, with sampling techniques is purposive random sampling, and samples taken 50 employees. Purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance. Analysis is the method of multiple regression analysis and test assumptions, and validity testing is also done and reliability with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Society Science) versus 16:00. analysis showed that the presence of a significant positive effect between satisfaction and job motivation on organizational commitment, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.308, meaning 30.80% of organizational commitment is influenced by the level of job satisfaction and motivation. while other results indicate that the presence of a significant positive effect between job satisfaction and motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.732 performance of 73.2% means employees outsourcing is influenced by the level of satisfaction, motivation, and organizational commitment.Keywords: job satisfaction, job motivation, employee performance, organizational commitment, hypotheses testing, multiple regression. PendahuluanDi era industri modern saat ini, setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya dengan cara cepat, efektif dan efisien.
