AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 Bank Umum di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan efek random. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan, sedangkan variabel total aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan. Model efek random layak digunakan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan. <p>This study aims to identify factors that determine the awareness, intention and decision of the Indonesian people to cash waqf. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with PLS (Partial Least Squared) method as a data analysis tool in this study includes a path analysis model. The results obtained show that the social environment and understanding affect one's awareness and interest in cash waqf. The emergence of awareness and intention will encourage the person to carry out cash waqf. While the promotion of cash waqf does not affect awareness and intentions which in the end will not encourage someone to cash waqf.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan kesadaran, minat dan keputusan masyarakat Indonesia untuk berwakaf uang. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Squared) sebagai alat analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini memuat model analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial dan pemahaman mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat seseorang akan wakaf uang. Munculnya kesadaran dan minat akan mendorong orang tersebut untuk melaksanakan wakaf uang. Sedangkan promosi tentang wakaf uang tidak mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat yang pada akhirnya tidak akan mendorong seseorang untuk berwakaf uang.</p>
The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending Financial Technology (FinTech) Sharia to reach the non-banking financing. There are four Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending FinTech Sharia operators in Indonesia used as the sample. The data used in this study was obtained from direct interview with the FinTech operators and literature study of similar subject. The analysis method used in this study is SWOT analysis. The results of the study which used SWOT analysis model found that the Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending FinTech Sharia are not a threat to existing Sharia financial institutions and can also increase the penetration of sharia financial industry in Indonesia because they offer cost efficiency, ease of access, speed of financing distribution, and the low rate of non-performing financing. However, there are still small quantity of FinTech Sharia registered at OJK, no specific regulation for FinTech Sharia and no Sharia Supervision Board in many FinTech Sharia can be obstacles for FinTech Sharia operators
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that can encourage an increase in profitsharing financing. These factors are third-party funds in the form of mudharabah deposits, non-performing financing, equivalent rate, operational efficiency ratio, economic growth, and inflation. The research method uses a co-integration and error correction model (ECM) with a sample of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia from the first quarter of 2015 to the third quarter of 2020. The results show that the factors that encourage profit-sharing financing are the growth of third-party funds in the form of mudharabah deposits, nonperforming low funding, low equivalent rate, operational efficiency, and economic growth. These factors are the key to driving the growth of profit-sharing financing. This research contributes to providing various alternative strategies in encouraging the growth of profitsharing financing, such as increasing retained earnings from profit, providing attractive profit-sharing incentives, transparency of financial reports to attract people to invest in Islamic banks, prevention and supervision of non-performing financing, be careful in determining the ratio by taking into account several internal and external aspects, as well as paying attention to the movements of existing economic growth.
Compared to other Islamic financial institutions, Islamic Fintech has some advantages in accelerating the growth of SME Enterprises in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the existence of Islamic Fintech is not free from various problems, such as regulation aspect, human resources aspect, also perception of society and potential fraud. This research sought to find solution of the problems with SWOT analysis, then comparing the aspects each other to find out strategies in the effort of growing Islamic fintech for accelerating SME Enterprises. The results are some strategies consisting of, first, ecosystem strengthening between Islamic Fintech, government, academics and civil society, including Islamic Fintech customers and Islamic Banks. Second, optimalization potential of Islamic Fintech in managerial skills also Islamic contracts capacity. Last, massive and targeted socialization and promotion of Islamic Fintech.
