The science of Falak is basically divided into two types, namely the science of Falak Ilmiy, and the science of Falak Amaliy. The science of Falak discussing the direction of Qibla is basically calculating the amount of angles flanked by meridian lines that pass through a place that is called the Qibla direction with a large circle passing through the relevant place and the Kaaba, and calculating what time the sun cuts the path to the Kaaba. The problem that arises is not everyone is able to calculate the correct direction about the Qibla direction but instead uses a range of directions. It is possible to make an application program for determining the direction of Qibla and others so that it can be used for the general public and is easy to apply. This research helps how to calculate the direction of Qibla and how to make and apply the software of Qibla direction determination using visual basic. The results of this study can be used as a reference in solving various cases of physical analysis in various aspects related to other astronomy.
Vitex trifolia (Legundi plants) is a plant that is widely used as an ingredient of traditional medicine in Lombok Island for a variety of microbial infections. In this study, a qualitative test of V. trifolia methanol extract was shown to contain secondary metabolites, such as steroids, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, and tannins. The inhibitory test of methanol extract of roots, stems and leaves of V. trifolia against pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae) has been carried out. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design. The treatment factor was the concentration of methanol extract with 4 levels (C1 = 7.5%, C2 = 15%, C3 = 30%, C4 = 60%). The extraction method used was methanol maceration, and the well diffusion method was used in antibacterial activity assay. Data were analyzed by using Anova followed by DMRT test. Anova analysis results showed that differences in the concentration of methanol extract of leaf have a significant effect in inhibiting the growth of all tested bacteria. The DMRT showed that the best treatment was with 60% methanol extract. In this study, S. aureus was the most sensitive bacterium to V. trifolia methanol extract, compared to other test bacteria. It can be concluded that the methanol extract of V. trifolia is an effective antibacterial source, especially against S. aureus.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa calon guru PJOK terhadap perkuliahan daring. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 124 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah desriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan daring ternyata kurang efektif. Mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami kendala yang berarti selama perkuliahan dilaksanakan sehingga membuat mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menyerap dan memahami materi perkuliahan. Mahasiswa menginginkan metode belajar yang lebih kreatif atau perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara luring jika kondisi memungkinkan. Perkuliahan bisa dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kombinasi (daring-luring) dan pendekatan kreatif untuk Prodi Penjaskesrek yang bisa mendorong mahasiswa dan dosen untuk bisa memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai bahan belajar yang mendukung perkuliahan daring.
Residents in remote areas have not been able to enjoy electricity, including Desa Duren, Gading District, located in the mountainous area south of Probolinggo Regency, where the village still does not receive electricity supply from PLN. Hydropower is a renewable energy that can be used as a substitute for generators, where this potential can be used to become a Gravitation Water Vortex Power Plant (GWVPP) already in the village, but it needs a touch of redesign. The results of the research on the reduction of gravitation water vortex power pland in Duren Village can be obtained that the electric power generated is 727.7 watts, where this power can supply electricity needs of 5 houses.
The research aimed to determine the percentage of carcass and protein content of super native chicken breast meat given rations containing apu-apu flour (Pistia stratiotes). The research design used was completely randomized design (C.R.D.) with five treatments and three replications. Each test consisted of three super three-month-old native chickens. Apu-apu flour levels in each treatment, namely P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), P3 (15%) and P4 (20%). The study was conducted for four weeks. The percentage of carcasses in each treatment were P0 (67.51%), P1 (69.33%), P2 (69.47%), P3 (68.76%) and P4 (70.88%). Furthermore, protein content in breast meat, namely P0 (25.21%), P1 (26.03%), P2 (25.43%), P3 (25.86%) and P4 (25.35%). There were no significant effects (P> 0.05) of fluorine in rations on the carcass percentage and protein content of super native chicken breast meat. The highest average value of carcass percentage was in the treatment of 20% Pistia stratiotes flour, while the highest breast meat protein content was in the treatment of 5% Pistia stratiotes flour.

Teknologi yang sedang marak dikembangkan adalah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Vortex (PLTV), PLTV menggunakan generator sebagai pengubah energi mekanis menjadi energi listrik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat generator permanen dan analisis parameter listrik dari keluaran generator. Metode penilitian yang digunakan terdiri dari, Perancangan alat,, Pembuatan, Pengujian, Analisis dan output generator. Hasil penelitian ini berupa generator fluks aksial magnet permanen 3 phasa. Stator dibentuk dengan jumlah kumparan sebanyak 9 kumparan terdiri dari 1000 lilitan per kumparan sedangkan rotor menggunakan magnet sebanyak 24 buah setiap rotornya. Tegangan induksi DC tiga phasa tanpa beban yang dihasilkan dari 10 kali variasi pengujian menggunakan turbin model L dan S. data yang didapatkan tegangan tertinggi 1,5 Volt pada pengujian turbin model L dan turbin model S dihasilkan tegangan tertinggi 2,4 Volt.
Wind is an energy that is easily found in everyday life and is also an energy that will never run out. Utilization of wind energy to be energy that is appropriate one of them is to use wind turbines as a medium to produce electrikal energy. In this research the type used is the vertical Savonius type. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of electrical energy produced by a set of wind power plants with a Vertical Savoniuos type wheel. On this research the method used is the experimental method.. The results showed the windmills were able to move an electric motor so that with this rotation the movement could convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. For this reason, in this design a prototype was developed by designing savonious windmills to generate electricity using a DC generator that generates electrical energy by utilizing relatively low wind speeds.This design generates electricity by using 3-fin savonious windmills. And the test results at a speed of 2.6 m / s taken on average produce an electrical voltage of 0.3004 V with a current of 0.0198 mA and a power of 0.089 Watt, for a speed of 3.3 m / s taken on average produces an electrical voltage of 0.370 V and 0.024 mA with a power of 0.137 Watt, and at speeds of 3.7 m / s obtained an average voltage of 0.421 V and 0.022 mA with a power of 0.140 Watt.
Kewenangan penyadapan dan merekam pembicaraan yang dimiliki Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam melaksanakan tugas penyelidikan, penyidikan, dan penuntutan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 6 huruf c, dalam menjaring pelaku tindak pidana korupsi (TPK) lebih luas dibandingkan kewenangan penyadapan yang dimiliki oleh aparat kepolisian dan kejaksaan yang memerlukan izin Ketua Pengadilan Negeri, sehingga menimbulkan masalah dalam implementasinya, puncaknya dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-Undang No 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, yang jelas sangat berdampak kepada pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang KPK terutama kewenangan penyadapan, yang memerlukan izin dari Badan Pengawas.Perubahan pengaturan kewenangan penyadapan oleh KPK pada satu sisi lebih menyulitkan bagi KPK, karena harus meminta izin dari Badan Pengawas, gelar perkara, jangka waktu terentu, diawasi dan dipertanggungjawabkan pada akhir pelaksanaan penyadapant. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu dan proses lebih panjang dari pada pengaturan dalam UU KPK 2002. Di sisi lain, jika terlaksana dengan baik akan membuat penyadapan KPK lebih berkualitas karena ada yang mengawasi dan harus membuat laporan. Pengaturan penyadapan dalam Undang-Undang No 19 Tahun 2019 akan mampu membantu KPK melaksanakan tugasnya dalam penyelidikan TPK, jika Badan Pengawas yang ditunjuk juga mempunyai komitmen yang jelas dan tegas serta objektif dalam menilai serta memberi izin perlu tidaknya dilakukan penyadapan oleh KPK, jika tidak, maka pemberantasan korupsi oleh KPK akan sulit untuk dilaksanakan, karena TPK biasanya dilakukan bersama-sama dengan pihak lain, sehingga pembuktiannya jadi sulit tanpa dilakukan penyadapan
