This study aims to: 1) test and analyze the influence of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation 2) test and analyze the influence of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation on creative economy performance 3) test and analyze the effect of innovation on employee performance, 4) test and analyze the influence of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation on creative economy performance through innovation. The research was conducted on the creative economy of food and beverages (culinary) in bekasi city with a research sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of dynamic capability and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, 2) there is an influence of dynamic capability and entrepreneurial orientation on creative economy performance 3) there is an influence of innovation on creative economy performance, 4) innovation can influence dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation towards creative economy performance innovation can contribute to increasing dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation towards creative economy performance.
The focus of this study is the implementation of knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, and disruptive which uses a descriptive narrative approach to describe knowledge management as a multi-disciplinary approach. The method used is the descriptive qualitative analytic approach. Data collected through literature studies and fieldwork using interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that knowledge management is the organization's activities in managing knowledge as assets in which the various strategies are the proper distribution of knowledge to the right people and in the period of rapid so that they are can be interacting, share knowledge and apply it in their daily work to improve organizational performance. The results of this study are expected in the era of globalization where changes in environmental changes occur very rapidly, the uncertainty of the environment and the level of competition is very high often cause a leader should be able to have a strategy in making organizational decisions, errors in reading the situation and overreact to changes in the dynamically changing environment will fail. The organization will survive forward if managers can make the right decisions and quickly following the development of the internal and external environment.
The objective this research is to analyze the influence of work Ethics and incentives to employee perfomance at PT Parit Padang Global Cabang Jakarta 3. The method for collecting of data used observation and questionnaires.The sampling method with the probability sampling by 80 respondents. The result of this research concluded thar descriptive view the most of respondents give perception with strong agree to work ethics conditions, incentives and also employee performance. Furthermore, based on simple regression method, Score, and Observation. The factors of discipline, morale, and turnovers already good. The work ethics and incentives give influence as positive and significant to employee work perfomance. The recommendations of this research, the company has been to maintaining and improving work ethics especially on employee perfomance, work relationship, and mental readiness of employee, discipline, motivational leadership.

<em>This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis. From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R<sup>2</sup>) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862. The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior</em>
