The purpose of this research was to examine how future economics teachers in the province Jambi felt about their practicum experiences and the teaching profession overall. The population of this study is 755, and the approach used is quantitative research with a survey model. The sample comprises students who have successfully completed teaching practice programs, with up to 261 replies. The data was then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and structural equation modelling (SEM). The research's findings include the following: First, students are beginning to have a positive opinion of the teaching profession. Second, by incorporating teaching strategies and models in line with students' present-day technological and time needs, they obtain a greater knowledge of learning media via the experience of teaching practice programs in educational institutions. Third, aspiring teachers are equipped to fulfill the duties of accredited and seasoned educator.
The Tourism and Hospitality Sector is supported by the human resources who are qualified and competent in their fields. Hotels need professional and loyal workers to provide the best service and be able to survive in the era of competition. The purpose of this study is to investigate the competency (educationbackground and skills) of the human resources as the one of the most important factors in the hospitality industry and the role of the triple helix system (industry, government and academics) because in servicebased organizations, human resources play a role as the key factor in determining company performance. This research is a survey method and used quantitative analysis. The population are the workers of the Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department and F&B Service Department of the Grand Inna Parapat Hotel and Siantar Hotel Parapat. The sample are taken by using purposive sampling.The results showed that the educationlevel of human resources in various departments was mostly at the level of secondary school education. The level of skills possessed by the human resources in various departments is more certified. The role of the 'triple helix' system (industry, government and academia) requires better integration. The competencies of hotel and restaurant employees are prepared since they are in advanced education. Then, the industries should continue to link and interact with the government and academics.
Pasar Kamu Kawan Lama is a place where traders sell their culinary products every weekend. The Kamu Kawan Lama Market is located in the Denai Lama Tourism Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The many types of local food that are sold at Kamu Kawan Lama Market have made visitors curious to buy and enjoy the culinary offerings that are being sold. Local culinary wisdom that is offered at Kamu Kawan Lama Market is not neatly arranged according to the order of the dishes, so the majority of the food sold at Kamu Kawan Lama Market is dessert dishes or market snacks. The purpose of this research is to describe local wisdom-based culinary delights at Kamu Kawan Lama Market according to the procedure for serving food. The method used in this research is qualitative research, data collection is carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources and data collection techniques involve participant observation , in-depth interviews , and documentation. . The analysis was carried out through an ethnographic approach with 3 analyses, namely domain, taxonomic, and componential analysis. The results of the research show that there is an imbalance in the sale of types of food dishes based on local wisdom, where the majority of the food sold is dessert or market snacks.
Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh dari motivasi karyawan terhadap stategi dari operasional homestay dan ability kerja dari karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Dan untuk objek dilakukannya pnelitian terdapat di Homestay Kabupaten Karo.Pada pnelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan mnggunakan analisa regrsi linier berganda dngan uji T, uji F. dan untuk hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial trdapat beberapa pengaruh signifikan yaitu motivasi kerja pada karyawan dan ability kerja yang terdapat pada karyawan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi dari pengelolaan homestay di Kabupatn Karo.
