Education quality will be reached, if backed up by all organized education component with every consideration. Severally that component is input, process, and output, and it needs to get support utterly of side that have essential role in education institute. But one thing that as focus in here is all this time education quality be assessed with learned achievement, output that accepted at superior college, etcetera, better that thing added by religious point indicators that internalizated in self educative participant. Since religious value internalizated one in self educative participant, although participant is taught that have sky-high achievement, on eventually wills be new Gayus Tambunan. Leave from that thing, therefore so urgent to education institute, notably education intermediates for internalizate to assess religiouses into self educative participant by use of inuring via cultural religious. Persaingan ketat antar pelaku industri pengecoran logam menuntut penggunaan teknologi pengecoran untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi dan kuantitas yang banyak dengan biaya produksi yang optimal. Beberapa parameter yang memengaruhi produk hasil pengecoran adalah temperatur saat penuangan serta laju penuangan. Temperatur tuang harus memperhitungkan kehilangan panas yang disebabkan oleh pemindahan logam melalui ladle, karena antara tungku dan cetakan ada jarak tertentu dan pengaruh lingkungan sekitar yang menyerap panas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem monitoring yang dapat memonitor laju penurunan temperatur saat penuangan secara real time serta terekam, sehingga dapat menjadi bahan analisis untuk memperoleh hasil pengecoran yang optimal. Serta diperlukan juga suatu sistem monitoring penggunaan energi saat proses pengecoran berlangsung, agar harga pokok produksi hasil coran dapat dikendalikan. Teknologi revolusi industri 4.0 pada industri pengecoran logam, khususnya baja karbon dan besi tuang/cor, dapat membantu, yaitu dengan penggunaan sistem monitoring temperatur tuang logam dan energi (daya kelistrikan) pada mesin tungku induksi saat proses pengecoran berlangsung. Sistem monitoring yang dirancang bertujuan untuk memudahkan operator menampilkan data secara real time, menyimpan, dan mengolah data serta mengevaluasi data pada cloud/server. Sistem ini diintegrasikan dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Database parameter pengecoran (temperatur tuang dan penggunaan energi) yang didapat dari hasil pengukuran sensor-sensor dan tersimpan di cloud digunakan sebagai bahan analisis dan evaluasi penelitian di bidang pengecoran logam baja karbon dan besi tuang. Hasil analisis dari sistem monitoring ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengontrol penggunaan energi yang berlebihan di MIDC.
This research discusses the variety of derivative prefixes that form nouns found in fiction, non-fiction, and news texts. The problem studied is the morphological process in the form of affixations (prefixes) forming Indonesian nouns from a derivation perspective. This research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data in this study are in the form of derivation prefixes that form nouns. The data collection technique uses the observing method and note-taking technique, the observing method is used to review books and news texts carefully, while the note-taking technique is used to write in derivative prefixes to form nouns found in books and news texts. Furthermore, the data analysis technique was carried out by using the split method and technique for direct elements. After being analyzed based on the affix affixing process, the next process will be analyzed the class change process. The conclusion of this research is that there are four derivative prefixes to form nouns in Indonesian, namely the prefix {ke-}, {pe-}, {per-}, and {se-}. These derivative prefixes function to form nouns from the base class of adverbs, adjectives, and verbs. The derivative pattern of noun-forming prefixes can be formulated as follows: {ke-}
<p><em>Bearings are the critical part of any rotating machine. The catastrophic failure of the bearing can lead to fatal and harmful to the operation of the machine. Therefore, predictive maintenance based on condition monitoring of bearing is very important. The objective of this research is to apply Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for fault diagnosis of the ball bearing. The research was carried out at the bearing test rig. Four types of ball bearing condition, such as normal, inner race defect, ball defect, and outer race defect were measured of the vibration signals using data acquisition with a sampling frequency of 20 kHz at the constant speed of 1400 RPM. Various features were extracted from vibration signals in time domain, such as RMS, variance, standard deviation, crest factor, shape factor, skewness, kurtosis, log energy entropy and sure entropy. PCA transformation was employed to reduce the dimension of feature extracted data. SVM classification problems were solved using MATLAB 2016a. The results showed that the application of RBF kernel function with the C parameter =1 was the best configuration. The training model accuracy was 98.93% and the testing accuracy of SVM was 97.5%. Finally, the research results show that the SVM classification method can be used to diagnose the fault condition of the ball bearing.</em><em>.</em></p>
Quality is important is to be undertaken by an educational institution, especially institutions of Islamic education. Because quality is something addressed in the management of an Islamic educational institutions. Management generally have a lot of the concept of quality, but concept of quality in the Islamic educational management is little. Therefore, formulating and underlying concepts of quality in the Islamic educational management becomes important. Quality always associated with customers, stakeholder, users of products or services produced by an organization or individual. Quality is a measure used to assess the process and product. However, the quality usually determined by the customer, not the supplier. The concept of quality in management education can be synchronized with the Islam of the Koran and al-Hadith. The Koran and al-Hadith provide cues about quality in everything with the word ihsan. Ihsan means quality. If applicable and explained, apparently ihsan has implications for the quality of the process, the quality of the planning and control, which in turn produces quality development frameworks according to al-Qur'an and al-hadith.
