Pelbagai isu dan permasalahan yang berlegar dalam kalangan masyarakat datangnya dari jiwa dan akal yang sibuk diisi dengan keduniaan. Kecintaan manusia kepada dunia membuatkan banyak manusia yang kecewa dengan kehidupan mereka, pelbagai isu jenayah berlaku, peperangan, perebutan kuasa dan akhirnya manusia semakin rakus mengejar dunia tanpa henti. Psikologi dan jiwa manusia semakin lama semakin derita dan akhirnya memilih untuk membunuh diri. Justeru, artikel ini dihasilkan bagi mengenal pasti psikoterapi yang sesuai untuk merawat akal dan jiwa manusia melalui sentuhan hikmah al-Ghazālī menerusi konsep Maqāmāt dalam karyanya Iḥyā’ ‘Ulūm al-Dīn. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, kajian ini mendapati terdapat beberapa Maqāmāt yang terangkum dalam Iḥyā’ ‘Ulūm al-Dīn, antaranya ialah al-tawbah, al-ṣabr, al-zuhd, al-tawakkul, al-maḥabbah, al-ma‘rifah dan al-riḍā. Konklusinya, tujuh Maqāmāt ini merupakan asas kepada pembinaan jati diri seorang mukmin sesuai dengan makna kitabnya menghidupkan ilmu-ilmu agama.
Sheikh Abū Ṭālib al-Makkī was a scholar of Sufism respected in the Islamic world. His work, Qūt al-Qulūb, is a major source of reference to sages of the past and present. Many Islamic scholars use Maqamāt al-Aḥwāl's theory as a module and rehabilitation guideline for a number of diseases that affect the human soul. Paedophilia, according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Disorder (DSM-5) falls into a category of mental disorders, with some experts considering paedophiles as being mentally insane. In this regard, the main objective of this study was to analyse the implementation of maqām al-ṣabr (stage of patience), according to al-Makkī, as a concept of paedophilia rehabilitation psychotherapy. Using qualitative methods, this study found maqām al-ṣabr to be a crucial element in the recovery from paedophilia. Therefore, this article hopes to integrate the elements of patiencee stage with rehabilitation psychotherapy to develop one of the best treatment modules in the rehabilitation of paedophilia in Malaysia. ABSTRAK: Syeikh Abū Ṭālib al-Makkī merupakan ulama tasawuf yang disegani dunia Islam, malah karyanya Qūt al-Qulūb menjadi sumber utama golongan sufi mutaqaddimīn dan muta’akhkhirīn. Sebahagian besar sarjana Islam menggunakan teori maqamat al-Ahwal sebagai modul dan rehab untuk beberapa penyakit melibatkan kejiwaan manusia. Pedofilia pula menurut Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Disorder (DSM-5) termasuk dalam kategori gangguan mental, malah sebahagian pakar menganggap pedofil sebagai orang gila. Sehubungan dengan itu, objektif utama kajian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi maqam sabar menurut al-Makkī sebagai konsep psikoterapi pemulihan pedofilia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, kajian ini mendapati maqam sabar antara elemen penting dalam pemulihan pedofilia. Justeru artikel ini diharap dapat menyatupadukan elemen maqam sabar dan psikoterapi pemulihan, sekali gus menjadi satu modul rawatan yang terbaik dalam pemulihan ketagihan seksual golongan pedofilia di Malaysia.
The neglect of the value of patriotism among Malaysians, especially the younger generation today raises the issue of insulting the Islamic religion and the institution of the constitutional monarchy has been increasing over the past few years, followed by insulting the national coat of arms, the issue of Jawi writing and the act of putting the Malaysian flag upside down by irresponsible individuals. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the elements of Islamic patriotism found in previous studies. This study used a qualitative method based on the concept of SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The results showed that there are several elements of Islamic patriotism that have been established in past studies either referring to the perspective of the Quran, the Sunnah and Islam in general. Therefore, these elements are important indicators in the development of a model and module of Islamic patriotism, this is because Islam which is inclusive can be applied universally to its diverse and multiracial people. In conclusion, patriotism is an important mechanism in ensuring harmony and unity among Malaysians, because of the existence of the Pillar of the Nation principle as a guide and method in safeguarding the common good of the country.
Purpose of the study: This article intends to review the pieces of literature on Quranic psychotherapy for the rehabilitation of paedophilia. Methodology: For this article, content analysis has been used to discuss the data from documents, such as books, journals, and other related materials which had been reviewed and referred to Quran as the main source. Main Findings: This article found that the essential need for Quranic psychotherapy for the rehabilitation of paedophilia and the development of a special module to curb this issue in Malaysia. Applications of this study: This article can be useful for government, academia, psychotherapist, parents, etc. to build and apply the module together and prevent this paedophile crime from continuing to occur. Novelty/Originality of this study: Only a very few have examined the children who often become victims of sexual abuse. Children also often misunderstood the meaning of affection shown by adults. Thus, this opportunity used by some parties to exploit the meaning of love so that crimes like paedophilia occurs. Also, sexual abuse affects the psychological well-being of the perpetrator and the victims of paedophilia, thereby changing their sexual orientation.
The creation of Malay drama is getting a place in the hearts of the people, and almost everybody is watching the drama from childhood until the elderly. Various genres and works are presented to the public until they are mesmerized and play with their emotions. In this regard, this article analyses the scene in the Malay drama that presents the issue of building a magnificent and beautiful Mosque. This issue is rarely discussed by the scholar, while there is a specific hadith that deals with the ban on the construction of a decorated mosque with the purpose of riya’ (insincerity and pretentiousness). By applying the qualitative method, this article reviews on the hadiths used as a supporting argument in the Malay drama. The description includes an analysis of the status of the hadith and the debate of Islamic scholars. The study found that the medium of drama performance was recognised because of its ability to contribute good messages to the Muslim community. In addition, three hadiths representing the discussion are authentic. ABSTRAK Pembikinan drama Melayu semakin mendapat tempat di hati masyarakat, bahkan hampir semua golongan menonton drama bermula dari kanak-kanak sehingga warga emas. Pelbagai genre dan karya dipersembahkan dan dipertontonkan kepada masyarakat sehingga terpukau lalu bermain dengan emosi mereka. Sehubungan dengan itu, artikel ini menganalisis babak dalam drama Melayu yang mempersembahkan isu pembinaan masjid yang megah dan cantik. Isu ini agak jarang dibincangkan oleh sarjana, sedangkan terdapat hadis khusus yang membicarakan berkaitan larangan pembinaan masjid berhias dengan tujuan riyak. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, artikel ini menganalisis hadis yang digunakan sebagai hujah penyokong dalam drama Melayu. Huraiannya merangkumi analisis status hadis serta perbahasan pandangan sarjana Islam. Kajian mendapati keberkesanan medium drama diiktiraf kerana kemampuannya dalam menyumbang mesej yang baik dan bermanfaat kepada masyarakat Islam. Selain itu, tiga buah hadis yang menjadi perbincangan adalah berstatus sahih.
