Purpose of a study, to analyze the effect of trust, promotion, and e-service quality on consumer purchasing decisions in online stores. Respondents in this study were users of online shops in Makassar City with a total sample of 100 people. Sampling was done randomly for college students who had shopped at Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using Multiple Regression Analysis with a software SPSS 22.0. The findings of this study are that trust, promotion, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at online shops. That is, the higher the trust, the better promotions carried out, and good e-service quality, consumers will decide to shop using online shops at Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee.
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh motivasi, tingkat kesejahteraan dan kedisiplinan, terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT. Bakti Persada Perkasa Makassar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ukuran besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden yang juga merupakan jumlah besarnya populasi, jadi penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan Uji-F dan Uji-T. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel tingkat kesejahteraan dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT. Bakti Persada Perkasa Makassar. Secara simultan variabel motivasi, tingkat kesejahteraan, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT. Bakti Persada Perkasa Makassar. Adapun besarnya pengaruh motivasi, tingkat kesejahteraan, dan kedisiplinan terhadap etos kerja karyawan diperoleh hasil sebesar 42,3%. Sedangkan 57,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Job satisfaction in this research wants to see to what extent the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on Bank employees in Makassar City, with a sample size of 135 respondents. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the AMOS-path analysis technique, and to identify the indirect effect the researcher also uses the sobel test. The results of the research can be concluded that the higher the discipline and work motivation, the job satisfaction of the employees will increase significantly. On the other hand, higher employee performance is influenced by significantly higher discipline and job satisfaction. However, it is different from work motivation that is not strong enough to affect employee performance improvement. Furthermore, the researcher found that job satisfaction was able to significantly mediate the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance.
The goal of this study is to see if trust and word of mouth (WOM) have a direct effect on satisfaction and loyalty, as well as an indirect effect via Tokopedia customer satisfaction in Makassar City. This research approach is a quantitative research approach. The population is all Tokopedia customers in Makassar City. The total sample is 172 people, with the technique of determining the sample is done by the technique of Nonrandom Sampling with the type of sampling purpose. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis and Sobel test. According to the findings of this study, trust and word of mouth (WOM) have a positive and significant direct effect on Tokopedia customer satisfaction, but have no effect on customer loyalty. This study also discovered that customer satisfaction has a positive and statistically significant effect on Tokopedia customer loyalty. The indirect effect also demonstrates that trust and word of mouth (WOM) have a positive and significant direct effect on loyalty in Makassar City via Tokopedia customer satisfaction.
