This study aims to discuss the learning and intruction which is an activity conducted by teachers and students. Learning is the process of changing a behavior and knowledge. Learning process becomes one system in intruction. The intruction system consists of several components that interact with each other, that is: teachers, students, learning objectives, materials, media, methods, and evaluation. The intruction can not be done well without any interaction between the learning components, then all components of learning must cooperate to make a efficient learning.

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred forced the learning process to be carried out online or online learning. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of teachers and students who carry out the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The subjects of this research were class teachers and grade IV elementary school students. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The data obtained in this study were qualitative data which were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that teachers and students got several opportunities and challenges implementing the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The opportunities for elementary school teachers and students are (1) Technology ability, (2) more accessible learning, (3) expanding learning references. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by elementary school teachers and students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic were (1) difficulty achieving learning objectives, (2) network disruption, (3) high cost.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a picture story book based on Augmented Reality (AR) application. The sample in this study were experts who assessed the validity and practicality of the media. This study use a Research and Development approach with the Borg & Gall model. This study used to purposive random sampling technique. The data in this study were collected with questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used to descriptive statistics. The results showed that the learning media in the form of Augmented Reality-based picture story books were declared valid and practical to used in mathematics learning. So, this learning media can be used to accommodate Z generation students in mathematics learning.
The clash between Islam and culture often occurs in efforts to disseminate Islamic education to the society especially in areas with Muslim minority communities. This study aims to explore the integration of culture and Islam in Muslim minority areas in the context of implementing Islamic education. The research took place at two Madrasah Aliyah schools and one Madrasah Tsanawiyah located in Tarutung City. This study applied qualitative and phenomenological approach. The data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Triangulation techniques were used to analyze the data. The informants involved in this study were community leaders, educational leaders and religious leaders. The results of the study show that Islamic religion and culture can be integrated in socializing Islamic education to people in Muslim minority areas in Indonesia. Many aspects of Batak culture are maintained because they are in accordance with Islamic religious teaching. In this study, the integration of Islamic religion and Batak culture went fairly smoothly and is accepted by the community to deliver in Islamic education in the region.
This study aims to analyze the effectivity of interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach on the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with 67 students. The data were collected through analytical thinking skills tests given before and after science learning. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics analysis by comparing the increase in the average results of the test and t-test. The research results show that the increase of the average value of students' analytical thinking skills in the experimental class is higher, which is an increase of 44.74% compared to the control class which only increases by 17.20%. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant effect between interactive multimedia with theocentric approach on students' analytical thinking skills with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05). Therefore, interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach is effectively used to improve the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning.
