The coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic has wreaked havoc on inhabitants of earth killing thousands of humans from more than 150 countries. The epidemic has put a number of countries under complete lockdown and the deadly situation is still prevailing around the globe. Vaccines have been long known as the most effective means of preventing viral infections. However, the lack of vaccines against COVID-19 has further worsened the situation. In this time of health crisis, it is the duty of scientific research community to provide alternative, effective and affordable strategies to vaccinate human bodies against viral infections-COVID-19 based on focused experimental approaches. Growing evidence suggests that certain natural foods and lifestyle changes have potential to optimize immune functions against viral infections including improving defense function, resistance towards invading pathogens, while maintaining self-tolerance. Boosting immune system gives an edge in fending off viruses and staying healthy. This review presents the six smart steps to add to your to-do list which let the inner work of immunity take place against viral infections-COVID-19 by dissolving the powers of disease and illness. Many of these factors are associated in their functions to improve or properly maintain the immune function such as promoting anti-inflammatory functions, inhibiting pro-inflammatory mediators, modulating cell-mediated immunity, altering the antigen-presenting cellular functions as well as promoting communication between the innate and adaptive immune responses. Thus, a scientific illustration of boosting the immune system by proper sleep, moderate exercise, avoiding stress, utilizing vitamins enriched foods, intake of more water and use of fruits and vegetables will hopefully help the community to deal with the coronavirus by vaccinating the human systems naturally.
This paper proposes a Gadenkan experiment named "Observer's Dilemma", to investigate the probabilistic nature of observable phenomena. It has been reasoned that probabilistic nature in, otherwise uniquely deterministic phenomena can be introduced due to lack of information of underlying governing laws. Through theoretical consequences of the experiment, concepts of 'Absolute Complete' and 'Observably Complete" theories have been introduced. Furthermore, nature of reality being 'absolute' and 'observable' have been discussed along with the possibility of multiple realities being true for observer. In addition, certain aspects of quantum mechanics have been interpreted. It has been argued that quantum mechanics is an 'observably complete' theory and its nature is to give probabilistic predictions. Lastly, it has been argued that "Everettian -Many world" interpretation of quantum mechanics is very real and true in the framework of 'observable nature of reality', for humans.
Objective: To determine the load, clinical and laboratory findings of the patients with decompensated cirrhosis admitted in medical department of tertiary care hospital and to make plan for the improvement of these patients. Study Design: Cross Sectional study. Setting: Department of medicine of Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat. Period: from 1st January 2019 to 31st March 2019. Material & Methods: All 964 patients who were admitted included in study, clinical and laboratory features of patients with decompensated cirrhosis were recorded. Results: Male were in majority (53.7%), median age was 39 years. Decompensated cirrhosis was found in 216 (22.4%), patients due to complication of Diabetes Mellitus were 170 (17.6%), COPD & Asthma was found in 130 patients(13.5%), Stroke & Hypertension in 126 patients while Gastroenteritis 6% and infectious diseases RTI, UTI, Enteric Fever etc were present in 46 patients. Among 216 patients, one hundred & seventy eight were Hepatitis C Positive, fifteen had Hepatitis B, and eight had history of alcohol consumption. Seven patients were both Hepatitis B and C positive while in 3.6% etiology was other than mentioned above. Ascites was noted in two hundred six patients, 36.5% had variceal bleed while 51 admitted due to encephalopathy. Conclusion: HCV related cirrhosis and its complications like upper GI bleed, encephalopathy, ascites and hepatoma are major burden on our hospitals and need special attention.
This paper argues that the “Measurement Problem” is foundationally moot, using the abstraction of “Color Guessing Game”. It has been reasoned that the preferred question to ask is, once taken the measurement, what is the certainty that the measured physical state of quantum system is the original intended state governed by absolute laws of nature. The certainty of the measured state [[EQUATION]] of the physical system with wave function [[EQUATION]] being the original intended state is given by [[EQUATION]], given that the measurement probe’s wave function interaction with[[EQUATION]] is unknown. It has been argued that measured state’s interactions with other quantum system corresponds to classical reality, which can be changed by the act of measurement.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
