The purpose of this study is to understand transformation drives using past research as the basis of argument on every variable with business performance as the measurement standard. The research using deep searching of journal databases, the output is conducting a conceptual framework. The transformation drivers in our conceptual framework have six factors namely organization, technology, consumer behavior, financial, external support, and network with the measure of success of that transformation drives using business performance. The result is that the past research supports all the purposes of points in the variable that can positively contribute to business performance.
An online travel agency (OTA) is an online-based marketplace that allows consumers to research and book travel products and services, including hotels, flights, cars, tours, cruises, activities and more, directly with travel suppliers. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the tourism sector, Indonesia as one of the favorite tourist locations in the world has sped up the vaccination process which is a good momentum for the revival of the national tourism sector. Those conditions led to competition between OTAs starting to get intense again and each OTA company must strengthen its business by improving and creating new services to win the market. The Bus and Shuttle are the most common ground public transportation in Indonesia which is one of the flagship products of OTA and has grown over the last 3 years. This study aims to determine the values of online bus and shuttle tickets through OTA perceived by the loyal consumer. The result implies that functional, informational, preference values, and bus or shuttle usage satisfaction are important factors in getting loyal consumers. These loyal consumers will be of high value because apart from having a good impact on the company's economy, they will also ultimately tend to invite the surrounding environment through e-WOM.
Kesadaran lingkungan adalah pemikiran seseorang atau kelompok yang terwujud dalam sikap yang mendukung pelestarian alam. Tanpa kesadaran untuk menjaga lingkungan, kondisi alam akan terus memprihatinkan. Melihat keadaan lingkungan saat ini, produser Mahatma Putra menggunakan peluang ini untuk membuat film dokumenter “Diam dan Dengarkan” yang memaparkan berbagai fakta dampak-dampak aktivitas manusia sehari-hari yang merusak lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna kesadaran lingkungan di tengah pandemi covid-19 dalam film Diam dan Dengarkan dengan metode kualitatif dan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini mengacu pada penyampaian pesan kesadaran lingkungan dalam film dokumenter Diam dan Dengarkan. Adapun hasilnya yaitu, makna kesadaran lingkungan di tengah pandemi covid-19 tidak disampaikan langsung, melainkan melalui dialog dan gambar yang memperlihatkan kerusakan lingkungan diakibatkan oleh aktivitas masyarakat sehari-hari yang tidak disadari, seperti polusi air oleh busa, pandangan masyarakat pedalaman tentang konsep kulkas, serta pandemi covid-19 memberi jeda untuk bumi berbicara melalui kebijakan karantina mandiri.
