Tujuan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kesehatan berbasis blended learning di era pandemi covid 19. Penelusuran artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan yang bersumber dari referensi yang relavan untuk dikaji secara konseptual dan disimpulkan dari hasil bahasan. Hasil dari pengkajian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK berbasis blended learning di era pandemi covid 19 dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Perpaduan memperoleh ilmu dalam PJOK dapat dibagi menjadi 3 aspek, antara lain: (1) tatap muka, khususnya memperoleh ilmu yang mempertemukan para pengajar dan mahasiswa di satu tempat, khususnya di sekolah; (2) offline, melalui multimedia interaktif memperoleh pengetahuan tentang aset yang dibuat dengan bantuan guru, yang meliputi teks, video, audio, dan animasi dan dapat diakses tanpa jaringan web; dan (3) secara online, khususnya untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang internet provider secara online, melalui Moodle, Quipper, Yahoo Groups, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Zoom, atau lainnya untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang layanan internet. Keuntungan dari pembelajaran berbasis campuran berbasis total untuk lembaga pendidikan atau akademik meliputi peningkatan variasi dalam memperoleh pengetahuan/pendidikan, kemudahan pelaksanaan, efisiensi harga, hasil yang paling efektif, menyesuaikan dengan berbagai kebutuhan siswa, dan menumbuhkan keindahan belajar. Abstract: The purpose of writing this article is to examine the implementation of blended learning-based physical education and health sports in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. This article search uses a qualitative descriptive method through literature studies sourced from relevant references to be studied conceptually and concluded from the results of the discussion. The results of this study show that the implementation of blended learning-based PJOK learning in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic can help the learning process become more effective and efficient. The combination of gaining knowledge in PJOK can be divided into 3 aspects, among others: (1) face-to-face, especially gaining knowledge that brings together teachers and students in one place, especially in schools; (2) offline, through interactive multimedia gaining knowledge about assets created with the help of teachers, which include text, video, audio, and animation and can be accessed without a web network; and (3) online, specifically to gain knowledge about internet providers online, through Moodle, Quipper, Yahoo Groups, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Zoom, or others to gain knowledge about internet services. The advantages of total-based mixed-based learning for educational or academic institutions include increased variety in acquiring knowledge/education, ease of implementation, cost efficiency, most effective results, adapting to various student needs, and fostering the beauty of learning.
The problem in this study is the low ability of junior sepak takraw smash. This study aims to determine the Effect of Command Training Methods, Exploration and Motivation Training Methods on the Smash Ability Results of Junior Sepak Takraw Athletes in Sijunjung Regency. This study was conducted using a 2 x 2 factorial redesign. The method of exercise and motivation is as a factor variable, while the smash ability of the variable is bound. The population is all junior sepak takraw athletes assisted by PSTI sijunjung district. The sample was Sijunjung Regency Junior Sepak Takraw Athletes with 24 people with male and female genders. The sample collection method used in this study is the total sampling technique. The collection of smash capability data is carried out by testing the ability of smash, namely by smashing 20 times the predetermined target. The physical fitness data obtained were further analyzed with inferential statistics of two-way ANOVA 2 x 2 (two way ANOVA). Based on the results of data analysis and interpretation of the results of the study, it shows that: (1) there are differences in the ability of smash sepak takraw in the command training method to be higher than the exploration training method, (2) there is a difference in the ability of smash sepak takraw on high training motivation has differences with low training motivation, (3) there is an influence of interaction between training methods and motivation on the ability of smash sepak takraw, (4) there are differences in the ability to smash sepak takraw athletes who have high motivation, higher in command training methods than in exploration training methods, (5) there are differences in the smash ability of sepak takraw athletes who have low motivation, have differences with command training methods and exploration training methods
Basic gymnastics skills are needed in PJOK lessons. The purpose of the study is to develop an application-based self- assessment instrument to improve the ability to roll forward, roll backward, wax attitude, and kayang. The type of research is research and development (Research and Development) The population of this study includes all students of SD Negeri 2 Tanjung Gadang class VI as many as 25 students, and SD 15 Teratak Baru class VI as many as 30 students with a total of 55 students. The samples in the study were all students of SD Negeri 2 Tanjung Gadang class VI as many as 25 students, and SD 15 Teratak Baru class VI as many as 30 students. The sampling technique is total sampling. Analysis of research data is carried out after data collection is completed to find out the assessment of the products that have been developed. There are three steps in conducting data analysis, namely: (1) Preparation, (2) Tabulation, and (3) Application of data by the research approach. The instrument used to collect data in testing the development of this product is to use non-test instruments. The instrument is made in the form of a structured questionnaire. The results of research on the development of application-based self- assessment for basic gymnastics evaluation are basic gymnastics self-assessment application media with a validation rate according to experts an average of 83.8% so the media can be said to be feasible. Then the reliability rate was up to 0.982 in small group trials and 0.974 in large group trials, so the tool is said to be reliable in evaluating basic gymnastics based on self- assessment applications. The conclusion is that the name of the basic gymnastics self-assessment application media is said to be reliable in evaluating basic gymnastics based on self-assessment applications.
