The objective of this research is to outline the correlation of principal transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Islamic junior school Kadudampit district by applying survey analysis method and the data were collected from the given quessionnaires. 153 of population and 111 of samples were taken by using proportional random sampling. The research findings reveals that: 1) there is a principals positive correlation between transformational ledhership with teacher job satisfacttion, 2) there is principals positive correlation between organization culture with teacher job satisfaction., 3) there is principals positive correlation between transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. The findings of this research shows that teacher job satisfaction can be achieved through improvement of transformational ledhership and organization culture.Keywords : Transformational leadership, Organizational Culture, teacher Job Satisfaction.
Guru dituntut untuk produktif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah dan kreativitas kerja dengan produktivitas guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 163 orang guru sekolah menengah pertama negri di wilayah barat Kabupaten Bogor. Dengan menggunakan tektik proporsional random sampling, dipilih 116 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi sederhana maupun ganda untuk menguji 3 hipotesis penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama terdapat hubungan posistif yang cukup signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan produktivitas kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0.2010. Kedua terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan antara kreativitas guru dengan produktivitas kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry2= 0,1942. Ketiga terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dan kreativitas guru secara bersama-sama dengan produktivitas kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry12 =0,318. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan supervise dan kreativitas guru.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam bahasa Arab terutama keterampilan al-Kalam dan al-Kitabah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD dan TPS. Subject penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.3 SMA Terpadu Al-Ma'shum Mardiyah Cianjuryang berjumlah 22 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 siswa perempuan dan 11 siswa laki-laki. Keterampilan al- Kalam dan al-Kitabah adalah dua keterampilan dari empat keterampilan berbahasa yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa asing. Meski demikian, hasil penelitian awal yang dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2014-2015 menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa dalam keterampilan al-Kalam dan al-Kitabah masih rendah dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari siklus pertama adalah 68,2% menjadi 72,7% untuk nilai al-Kalam, dan 77,3% menjadi 81,8% untuk nilai al-Kitabah. Disamping itu siswa kelihatan aktif dan bersemangat dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dan TPS. Pencapaian nilai tersebut diperoleh setelah dilakukannya penelitian tindakan kelas dengan melalui proses 4 langkah, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus satu dan dua masing-masing terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui beberapa instrumen yaitu lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, kuisioner dan penilaian akhir siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran ditujukan kepada para guru bahasa Arab yang mempunyai masalah yang sama agar mengimplementasikan kedua model pembelajaran STAD dan TPS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab terutama dalam keterampilan al-Kalam dan al-Kitabah, untuk peneliti yang akan datang dianjurkan untuk mengadakan penelitian secara mendalam untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.KATA KUNCI: Student Teams Achievement Divison, Think Pair Share, Keterampilan Berbicara dan Menulis
THE IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) BY MEANS OF ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ) AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TEACHERS WITH PNS STATUS IN KOTA BOGORThe aim of this research was to explain the increase of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by means of Adversity Quotient (AQ) and Servant Leadership. The research was an empirical study using a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The research was conducted in several vocational school Bogor by taking teachers with civil servants PNS status. The population in this study was 257 with a sample of 157 respondents that determined by using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The Hypothesis was tested by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple linear regression and multiple analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis as well as partial correlation analysis where the significance levels a = 0.01 and a = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.636 and the coefficient of determination ry12 = 0.7172. Secondly, there was a significant positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry2= 0.069 and coefficient of determination ry22 = 0.0257. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.4137 and the coefficient of determination ry.122 = 0.7218. It means, in order to improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, teachers have to strengthening their Adversity Quotient, and schools’ principal need to have a better Servant Leadership either in group or individually.
IMPROVING THE TEACHER CREATIVITY BY IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATION AND SELF-EFICATION CULTUREThe purpose of this reseach is to determine the correlation between organization culture and self efficacy toward teacher’s creativity. This study is conducted in Vocational High School at Region of Cibinong. The study population is 283 teachers and the number of sample is 166 teachers decided by proportional random sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used correlation regression partial and multiple. The result shows that there is positive correlation between organization culture and teacher’s creativity (the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,661 and the detemination coefficient r2y1=0,437), there is positive correlation between self efficacy and teacher’s creativity (the correlation coefficient ry2 =0,609 and the determination coefficient r2y2=0,370), and there is positive correlation of organization culture and self efficacy to teacher’s creativity (the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,716 and the determination coefficient r2y12= 0,513). Based on the result, it can be concluded that the teacher’s creativity could be enhanced through organization culture and self-efficacy either partially or concurrently
