The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the direct and indirect effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and repurchase intention of customer Go-Jek online transportation in Malang. This study uses questionnaires as the research instrument with 120 respondents as the sample. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyzed the data. The result shows that there is a significant direct effect on perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, trust, and repurchase intention. In addition, trust has a significant influence on repurchase intention. This study also confirms that trust partially mediates the influence of perceived ease of use on repurchase intention. The other result shows that there is no significant relationship between perceived usefulness on repurchase intention and perceived usefulness is unable to accomodate the relationship of mediation between perceived ease of use on repurchase intention.
<p>This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the effects of transactional and transformational leadership on team performance at PropNext Reality Indonesia. The sample consist of 90 team members of PropNext Reality Indonesia. To examine the hypotheses and mediation variable, this research used Partial Least Square (PLS) and sobel test online. This research found that all hypotheses tested were positive and significant except the first hypothesis, transactional leadership has no significant effects on team performance. In addition, it also found that innovation can mediate the relationship between transactional or transformational leadership on team performance. These results confirmed and contradicted to the previous studies conducted.</p>
The culinary business is faced with high competition to keep their customers, these conditions cause Javanese Restaurant expected to create customer retention through service quality. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relation of service quality, commitment, and satisfaction on customer retention and the effect of commitment and satisfaction as a mediator of service quality on customer retention. The analysis is based on 100 respondents who were customers of Javanese Restaurant in Kuta Utara Bali through a survey questionnaire. The measurement model of research hypothesis analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) procedure. The result of the research indicates that service quality and commitment have no significant effect on customer retention while other variables have a significant effect. The effect of customer satisfaction fully mediates on the relationship of service quality on customer retention. This study contributes to a restaurant to combine strategies of improving service quality, commitment, and customer satisfaction, so that customer retention is realized through repeat purchases.
This study was to Determine the effect of selfefficacy, job involvement, the stress of work burnout on nurses of International Hospitals at Jakarta. The object of this research is nurses who work at International Hospitals. This study was conducted on 129 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the workload variable has a significant negative effect on the stress of work, job involvement has a significant positive effect on the stress of work and burnout has a significant positive effect on the stress of work. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this research test state that there is a joint effect between self-efficacy, job involvement and burnout variables on the stress of work at International Hospitals.
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of store image on the repurchase intention of Matahari Department Store Mojokerto, Indonesia either directly or indirectly, by involving perceived value and customer satisfaction as mediating variables. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. This research was conducted on 175 respondents. The data analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that store images have not been able to affect the repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the perceived value and customer satisfaction can positively affect the repurchase intention significantly. Perceived value and customer satisfaction as mediating variables were able to strengthen the effect of store image on repurchase intention. Based on the results of mediation testing, shows that perceived value and customer satisfaction provide a full mediation on the effect of store image on repurchase intention.
The purpose of this study was to tested and explained empirically about (1)the effect of leadership style on the organizational performance, (2) the effect of ethicon the organizational performance, (3) the effect of leadership style on theorganizational performance through organizational culture, and 4) the effect of ethicalon organizational performance through organizational culture. The sample was takenusing the sample proportion method. The selected respondents were employees of PTWidatra Bhakti who have worked for more than 2 years. In this case the researcher tooka sample of 174 respondents. The research hypothesis was tested using Partial LeastSquare (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that leadershipstyle and ethics did not give a direct influence on organizational performance.Organizational culture had a role in mediated the effect of leadership and ethical styleson organizational performance. Thus the role of organizational culture had an importantrole in producing performance in the organization.
This is a community service related to the development of economic community through socialization on muamalah principle and the prohibition of maghrib (maysir, gharar and riba) in the daily transaction. Nowadays, some people in Indonesia have begun to care about the dangers of riba and its impact on the economy. Muslims have believed that riba is haram. Some of them certainly can define as well as interpret the term of riba, but not for maysir and gharar. According to the perspective, Islam always encourages the practice of good muamalah principle and forbids maghrib. Ironically, there are still many ordinary people do not understand the general rules of maghrib. In returning the daily transaction to avoid maghrib, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to increase good understanding of the maghrib and get literacy about sharia transaction well and certainly can be implemented in the daily transaction of community in Indonesia.
